Amazing, heartwarming experience - Excellent tour with fantastic, funny tour guides who have endless amounts of knowledge on the elephants and the sanctuary. You can really tell how much they care for the elephants and how much the sanctuary means to them. Loved that we got to feed the elephants, make them power balls and see them so happy in their habitat. Really glad we found this experience and would definitely go again if we come back to Koh Samui just to know you might be helping the sanctuary rescue and look after these friendly, sensitive and beautiful animals. Highly recommend 👌

Samui Elephant Kingdom is one of the best places were have ever viisted. - Loved the Samui Elephant Kingdom in Koh Samui Thailand. As part of our Asian ocean cruise, we visited as an excursion and it was the highlight of our 13 day trip. The animals are very interactive and loving, and the staff and facilities are superior. The kingdom's guides were very well informed, articulate and anxious to share their animals and their environment with visitors. My husband and I have a greater love for these magnificent animals. This will be an experience that my husband and I will always cherish.

Highly recommended - Highly recommended and above all you can feel that the elephants are doing well there. You never get that close to elephants. You could even pet them and feed them

Don’t use trip advisor, the front desk/locals can help you more efficiently - A bit of confusion with trip advisor and transportation. We ended up getting grab to take us there, when transportation was supposed to be included. I don't intend to utilize TripAdvisor in the future. The elephant kingdom is amazing. Everyone there is knowledgeable and care deeply about these beautiful creatures. The next road over is the place where ignorant fat folks were riding the elephants. Super disturbing that all of the tourists want to ride animals on their vacations, horses on the beach - elephants in the jungle. People are becoming more compassionate, but there are still the dim bulbs with no clue…..

Wonderful experience - I purposely looked for an ethical elephant sanctuary with minimal interaction. I found this sanctuary very well organised from the introductory talk to preparing food and feeding, added bonus was a lunch afterwards which was very good. I would recommend this sanctuary to anyone wanting to see these magnificent animals and the freedom and care they receive from their mahouts and staff.

Excellent experience - We attended this as a family of 5. I was surprised how many younger children were on this tour. At the start of the day everyone pays then gets a wristband and sits in an area whilst they wait for more people to arrive. They provide bottled water and snacks during this time. They split all the people into 2 groups by reading out hotel names. They told us our tour guide name and our day started. The size of the group was manageable and still intimate. The tour guide was interesting and informative. We started off by making their elephant food into balls and feeding the elephants. It was super. Lots of photos throughout the morning and washing our hands! Next we went into the elephant enclosure and listened to the guide who told everyone rules to stay safe. There were lots of guides by the elephants feeding them treats to keep them happy. We got to stroke the elephants trunks and have lots of photos and stand very close to them. We then had a break, chance to have a drink (free bottled water in main area again, toilets are by reception area). Our last task, we were given a bucket of elephant food each, little bananas, grass, sugar canes etc. We walked up a skywalk, really scenic and beautifully made, super views. We then fed the elephants from up high. Everyone had to empty their buckets, the elephants were loving the food. We could then walk around and see the area from a safe height. It was then early lunch time. Food was american - chips, nuggets and water melon. Also Thai, noodles, rice. All was good quality. Also more free bottled water. Overall such a super morning out. We all loved it. Such great memories. I would definitely recommend this.

Excellent elephant experience - Overall a very fulfilling experience that was spoilt only by the pick up from our hotel being one hour late. Still had the three hours promised though. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.
