Additional Information

Embark on a unique journey as you marvel at the stunning spectacle of the humpback whale in Noosa’s marine wonderland during their yearly voyage.

Starting with a serene ride along the Noosa River, you’ll savour the landmarks and vistas of Noosa from the water’s perspective, before Captain Nathan sails off the coast of Noosa heads in pursuit of these magnificent creatures.

Your ecologically-centered expedition will take you to sites that just can’t be understood fully from the shore, like breath-taking natural cliff faces, lush forests, secluded coves, and expansive beaches.

Upon locating the whales, you’ll experience a sense of wonder that can barely be expressed verbally - Breaches, tale thrashes, and fin slaps are all part of their incredible performance, and if you are lucky enough to visit during the latter part of the season, you might even witness a mother with her offspring!

Definitely recommend for whale watching - Great fun, saw whales. Boat fun, bumpy on big waves but best way to get quickly to where whales are.

Whales and their grunts up close - Comfortable and safe ride out into Noosa Bay. Saw a few mother whales and their calves up close, flapping fins and tails. The weather was great, the water was calm and the ride was a great adventure

Must Do When in Noosa - What a glorious experience!!! Jumping over the waves, flying above turquoise water trying to spot a whale, and the engine became quiet. Our skipper Christian said we are in ‘neutral’. And then we saw a tail…once you see and hear a whale, it's something you'll never forget. We were lucky enough to see a whale breach, that was OMG moment (my photos don’t capture the hundredth of the real feeling) thank you Christian for this fantastic experience 🐋

Great fun - Great fun, bit choppy though, so a bit hard to spot the whales. Saw whales, sharks and dolphins. Well worth it.

Go earlier than October - Good short trip for whale watching but probably too late in the season ( late Oct) to see anything. We saw dolphins but no whales.
