Great Mosque of Testour - Situated in Testour, a delegation of the Béja governorate in northwest Béja, the Great Mosque of Testour is a notable Tunisian mosque. Established in the early 17th century, it represents a unique blend of local African traditions with Hispano-Moorish decorative and architectural styles. This mosque stands as the most outstanding example of Morisco art in Tunisia.

Dougga - Recognized by UNESCO in 1997, Dougga is listed as a World Heritage Site for being the “best-preserved small Roman city in North Africa.” This archaeological site retains remnants from various periods of the ancient city, including its monumental center (capitol, forum, market, wind rose square), entertainment buildings (theater, circus), and public baths, showcasing the evolution of an indigenous foundation during the Roman era.

Tabarka / Ain Draham / Beni Mtir / Beja

Tabarka - At the far northwestern tip of Tunisia, near the Algerian border, the Aiguilles de Tabarka are a major tourist attraction in the region. Geomorphologically, these “needles” are prominent vertical formations made up of a series of massive coarse sandstone bars, each about ten meters high, separated by softer clay valleys. These sandstone formations, shaped into steep cliffs, can reach up to 25 meters in height. Visitors can walk beneath these arched structures, following the winding path along the coast.

Beni M Tir - Beni Mtir, also known as Beni Metir, is a village in northwestern Tunisia, located in the mountainous Kroumirie region, a few kilometers from Aïn Draham. It is part of the Berber tribes’ confederation of Kroumirs, situated 650 meters above sea level and within the Jendouba governorate.
