You’ll pick up fresh culinary skills and familiarize yourself with two traditional shapes of Italian pasta. We’ll prepare a meal collaboratively and then enjoy it for lunch. Upon course completion, I’ll send you the recipes via email, so you can effortlessly recreate them at home!

Experience: Cooking Class - I will teach people interested in this experience how to prepare handmade pasta, giving flour, eggs, tools for rolling the dough, filling for the pasta. There are two pasta shapes we are going to prepare: tagliatelle and tortello filled with ricotta and spinach (the stuffing will be prepared by me and placed in personal piping bags). after the preparation of the pasta, there will be the preparation of the TIRAMISù dessert in my way. guests will see how I prepare it. at the end of the lesson, guests will be accompanied to a table to eat what we have prepared together and which I will cook myself with my chef tools.
