The BEST trip to Teotihuacán. - I've traveled throughout Mexico for some time, but I've never had a better experience than with Carlos Julian. He was a great guide, telling us about the ruins and what we were eating in our trip. He referred to some amazing places that were not even on the map! You will truly get a locals experience with him. I highly recommend this trip, you will be safe, your stomach will be full and you will get your money's worth down to the very last cent!

Room For Improvement - The pick up service was good. The two accompanying persons from tour company didn’t speak much English language and did not add any tourist value. The hired guide at Teotihuacan was knowledgeable but more of a philosopher with quite limited English language speaking skill. It was quite difficult to understand him. We saw many other much better guides all around us. We suggest getting a better English speaking guide.

Disappointed with how the whole situation was handled by both the tour operator and the agent. - My tour was canceled without any explanation. We were not informed of the cancellation and only found out the day of the tour. Communication was very poor
