Viator confirmed my booking but didn't tell tour operator so I was not able to participate. Still waiting for a refund. - I booked with Viator in advance and prepaid, they confirmed my booking. I showed up at the meeting spot at the appropriate time and showed my Viator ticket to the guide, but she said I wasn't on her list so couldn't go on the tour. Viator is "investigating," but it looks like I will have to initiate a dispute with my credit card company to get a refund. I wouldn't recommend booking any tour with Viator.
