Really enjoy this trip - I am very happy with this trip and I have a very good guide Gungde, who speaks very good english. Penglipuran Village was a very nice place, clean and comfortable to stay. The rice terrace was also beautiful.

Nice! - Very good experience. Nice car, comfort and skillful driver gungde. Our tour guide prepared towels, mineral water and even soft drinks for us during our stay. Truly an enjoyable trip to do with friends!

Balinese traditional village tour - Penglipuran was so good, beautiful and very clean traditional village in Bali. We also enjoyed the swing and rice terrace views. We met the best Balinese tour guide from Bali Sun Tour, Mr. Atu. He was so friendly and accommodating.

Amazing and unforgettable experiences - Great adventure with guided driver yusik. Swing spot was amazing, rice terraces so beautiful. Amazing history of tirta gangga temple. Then we went to coffee plantation which was great experiences as well and last we visited the penglipuran village that so beautiful and clean.

Penglipuran Traditional Village, Ubud - What impressed me was that he showed up at the hotel on time. Thank you Lisa for your service and high-quality driving skills. At the end of the trip, you took me to buy mangosteen, which made it a perfect ending.

Fun day out and about in the Ubud area - We were picked up on time at our villa by our driver Beno with no issues and we were off for the day! We didn't realise it at the time but this is a private tour so it was just the two of us in the car along with the driver. Our first couple of stops were not on the itinerary but no complaints from us as we had a fantastic time seeing the sights around Ubud. We stopped first at a coffee/tea plantation and had lots of delicious local made teas and coffees. Next, we went to an art gallery followed by a silver/jewellery making shop where we witnessed the pieces being made by hand. Just be aware that you will be flattered into buying things at each of these but as long as you negotiate prices you can get a fair deal. We then headed to the first location listed on the itinerary - a local temple where Beno explained the significance and symbolism behind some of the motifs around the temple such as the open and closed gates, the animals, and the connections between gods, people, and nature according to Balinese beliefs. At this point were were getting hungry so we stopped for lunch at a local restaurant which was delicious. After lunch we headed north towards Penglipuran village which was a fascinating insight into the way the villagers live in centuries old buildings. The current residents open their doors to you so you can walk into any of the houses to see how they live. After this, we headed back down towards the swing which was great fun and made for some solid Instagram photos. And then we ended the day in the Tegalalang Rice Terrace after which we were dropped back to the villa. A fun little day trip out - would recommend to all!
