Golf cart travel - Great way to see this small island. We had a two seater gas powered cart. Had one problem but it was quickly resolved. Great adventure

Very good company to deal with, friendly and informative, staff were helpful with the pickup and return of golf cart - Friendly and easy pick up from outside the cruise terminal. Took time to explain how to drive and reminder to drive on the left. Great fun driving around this amazing island and would highly recommend this company

Easy! - Easy! Get off the ship and walk a little while to outside of port and meet someone there. Walk another short way to retrieve golf cart and ride away. Very easy and we drove all around the island.

Golf cart rental - There were five couples in our group and we rented five golf carts for the day. Good value for the money and we went all around the island at our own pace. Would definitely do it again. Some of the golf carts, though could’ve been cleaned up a bit But otherwise great experience.

Good Enough! - We have been to Gran Turk before and somewhat knew what to expect. First time with this company and going through Viator. Was pretty smooth. Cart was good enough. When booking it seemed as if there were no 2 seaters available but in the end got one and saved lots of money.

Best way to explore Grand Turk!! - We had a great time exploring Grand Turk. Our rental guy met us outside the port gates, oriented us to the golf cart, gave us the map and sent us off to explore and enjoy the island! It was and amazing day!!

Great service & price. Request covered roof - Service was very personable.. Only issue was that Golf cart didnt have a fully covered roof (for rear passengers). No mirrors.

Sorry no good people - If I could leave 0 stars I would. First stop on our honeymoon cruise. Had to walk outside the gate which was confusing and quite a hike. Then I had to ride with a guy back behind the bushes to get the golf cart and bring it back to my wife who had to stand alone on the side of the road. Then once the day was over I forgot my phone in the golf cart and came back later and he swore he hadn’t seen it and he wasn’t sure where it could’ve gone. But kept saying that’s why he tells everyone to check before leaving. I’m sure he does this to everyone he possibly can. Now my phone has showed up on gps and it’s at a house on the island. Filed a police report so maybe this guy will be stopped eventually!

Terrible - Slowest golf cart on the road and vibrated something awful. Ordered and paid for a 4-seater and got stuck with a 2 seater. Furthest from the ship and forced a handicapped person to walk a mile to get back to the pier. They suck and I would never recommend them

Broke down golf carts - We got our golf cart which broke down 20 minutes into our drive. Called the number on the golf cart, no answer, called the other number, left a message. Flagged down people going the other way, to have them let someone know we were stranded. It was hot and humid, and my mom was having a panic attack. To far to walk back with an elderly person. Flagged down a taxi. Got back to town to NOT find the guy anywhere in sight. Adventually he came back stating "he was just coming out to get us". We asked for a refund, we were told no and offered another golf cart. But my family was to afraid of being broke down farther away with no one answering the phones. Even the taxi driver 2as trying to call!! I should have read the reviews! My family no longer wants to take outside excursions that are not apart of the ship from this awful experience.
