A must do in Provo!!!! - The views were amazing. The pictures and videos were awesome. We really enjoyed talking to the young man who was guiding us with the pictures. Very nice and friendly group.

Beautiful water - Great experience! Arrive earlier than expected just in case you get lost or you’ll miss your time slot. You don’t get to choose car color. You get whatever’s available. There were 2 options waiting for us, black and white. Photos and videos were transfered to my phone as soon as the shoot ended.

Fire pics and Videos - My husband and I couldn’t wait to do the Jet Cars. The pics were so fire and so were the videos, they tell you how to pose and leave some stuff up to you. Now what I can say is that the water is extremely salty, and it gets all over you, especially all over your face. You’re gonna want to jump in the shower right after. We got tons of pictures and videos, they people were pretty cool and informative.

It was okay - Yes photos and video was great but like the meet up spot because no one was there to let us know where to go and we ended up walking far looking for someone.

Drone footage was amateur - Overall experience was cool. The drone photos of the jet car moving could be better. They should work on getting side view angles. Most people want to get captured of them driving from the side profile not the back of the car moving thru the water. And the drone operator should come in closer. You can barely see our faces in the videos.

Fun experience - The group of guys that handles this experience was very helpful with shoot, which was a plus for me. However, the area of the beach for the shoot isn’t a good location for drone pics. There’s seaweed everywhere at this particular beach. He told me they’ll edit only 5 pics out of the 200+ he sent to me but I don’t think was worth it. So I downloaded my own ai app to remove the seaweed which helped a little. Good experience tho

Unique Experience That Fell Short of Expectations - PROS The instructor was exceptional—he gave us clear, calm directions on how to operate the JetCar and provided excellent insight on posing and positioning for the drone shots. The drone photographer worked quickly and skillfully, capturing over 140 high-quality photos and more than five incredible video clips in under 10 minutes. Although our launch was delayed by 15 minutes, we appreciated that the time wasn’t deducted from our actual water session. CONS After only about 10 minutes of driving, the JetCar began to fail; it would no longer accelerate. While the vehicle appeared worn when we arrived, we didn’t expect it would break down mid-experience. The experience was marketed as including complimentary water, but none was offered to us at any point; either before, during, or after the ride. This may seem minor, but on a hot island afternoon, it stood out and felt like a careless oversight.

3/10 Poorly Managed experience - I went with a group of 6 friends. We were all able to book the jet car photo shoot for 2:15 with success on the website. Other times were full or blocked. When we arrived at the location, not only did they only have ONE car available but there were other groups waiting due to only having one car. Instead of finishing at 3 pm, it took us to 5pm. Instead addition only my friend had the chance to take drone footage/pictures of her sitting up while I drove the car. When it was my turn they brought back the drone and I lost that experience. We missed our reservations due to the inconvenience.

Bad Experience - Directions to the actual location was hard to get to and not directed clearly. Actual location where the jetcars are located seemed like the worst beach area, it had seaweed everywhere. Barely could drive without having to bring the car back to get the seaweed out of the engine. And was communicated that we will receive pics and videos but never received them. Been communicating with the company for more than a week now with no success. They keep saying they are going to get me my videos and photos ASAP but it’s going on 2 weeks. Tried to communicate again now no response. Very unprofessional and unorganized.

Worst SCAM artist in Turks. - DO NOT BOOK ! These ppl will attempt to take your money, lead you to believe they will help you and then turn you around and refuse to service you while chastising and laughing at you. Today I had one of the most disgusting encounters with someone who claims he runs this company. He goes by the name of Gene. This morning I was having trouble finding a taxi to this specific location on the beach. I reached out to him personally as he is the only contact on this reservation that I had. He sent me a number to a taxi provider that said he would not be able to take us. Now looking back, I wonder if that was on purpose to just keep my money and turn me away. We finally found us a taxi and proceeded to the beach. He was well aware that we were arriving 10 minutes late due to having troubles finding a Taxi 🚖 as we communicated with them every step of the way even when we were in the taxi on the way. We got to the location approximately 10 minutes late, and were saddened to see that he had just waved the jet ski cars away. He proceeded to tell us that they would not help us. Not that he could not. That he would not!! It absolutely states in the policy that you can be up to 30 minutes late and if so A charge will just be applied. We have time stamped proof that We arrived within the grace period and they still chose not to accommodate us. He laughed in my friend’s face when she explained that today was her birthday and expressed that we are not from here and did the best we could to find a taxi to bring us here. It’s almost as if he enjoyed ruining her day the way he was dismissive, rude, cold, harsh, nasty and lacked professionalism or any decorum at all. He was extremely combative, hostile and flat out mean. He obviously doesn’t even know what’s in his policy as he taunted us about not being able to process a refund which Viator did right away while also apologizing for this extremely terrible experience on their behalf. Honestly; who would want to book with ppl like that? Who make up their own rules as they go? Save your money and book where you’ll be respected and treated with decency. Especially if you’re a woman. He sat with three men who were silent because they all knew he was wrong! When we were leaving he proceeded to follow close behind us on the way back to our taxi. Obviously trying to instill fear in us. Again, there are so many places to book jet ski cars. I regret choosing this one.
