This excursion provides a concise introduction to the city and a visit to the historical center. It encompasses the majority of the must-see attractions in Old Tbilisi, such as ancient residential areas, timeworn castles, sacred places, and historical bridges.
The journey commences post lunch, with a stop at Rezo Gabriadze’s well-known puppet theater for a live show on the hour. Subsequently, the stroll proceeds through antique churches and residences to the Peace Bridge, crossing the Mtkvari river. The trip then takes us to the Metekhi Church, the sulphur bath quarter, and the Legvtakhevi waterfall. Additionally, we also visit the Narikala stronghold and Tbilisi’s Liberty Square.
