Fun experience to learn about Georgian cuisine - Lovely cooking class. Small group (we had 5 people in our group) which means that you can have a really in depth conversation about the food, the preparation and the recipe. The khiklali dough is pre prepared, since it needs to rest a lot. But the other things you will make from scratch. One representative can make the khachapuri dough and one can make the filling of the khinkali. Then everyone will start making their own khinkali with help from the head chef. I am notoriously bad at folding dumplings, but with some good help from our chef Grisha I managed to produce some decent enough khinkali. Chatting and having a wine with the other guests was also really fun.

True professionals at your service - The course was very enjoyable and detailed. I was able to learn how the two main Georgian dishes are prepared with a chef with many years of experience and her assistant. In addition to seeing how the Khachapuri and Khinkalis are prepared step by step, we ate some cheese and salad while preparing the dishes. Once finished, we were also able to taste them and enjoy our work, all accompanied by a glass of wine, I would definitely recommend if you like cooking.

A hidden gem - What an incredible opportunity to have first hand experience cooking traditional delicacies. The Khinkali and Kachapuri were both delicious and it was even better that we had prepared it! Our instructor, Zazar, was brilliant and made sure we knew exactly what to do. Would highly recommend!!
