- Combine lukewarm water with a half teaspoon of active dry yeast in a mixing bowl, stir the mixture, and let it sit for 5 minutes.\n2. Add flour to the mixture and knead on a floured surface until the dough feels as soft as an earlobe, adding more flour if necessary.\n3. Allow the dough to rise for one hour. During this time, complimentary wine and soft drinks will be served.\n4. Divide the dough into two equal portions, shape them into flat, round discs, and let them rest for 5 minutes.\n5. Roll out one piece of dough to a 30 cm diameter circle, crumble the cheese finely, and spread it over the rolled-out dough.\n6. Encase the cheese with the dough, then roll it out again to a 15 cm diameter circle.\n7. Create a small indentation in the center of the dough by pressing down, then bake the dough in the oven for 15 minutes, flipping it and applying butter to the top during baking.\n8. Enjoy your homemade Khachapuri with the provided wine and soft drinks.
