Exceptional Tour guide - I don't usually write reviews but wanted to commend our tour guide Nino for her exceptional service. My family booked a tour with WST to see traditional breadmaking, visit the fortress and wine tasting. It was already March and we were not expecting snow but it snowed during our visit. The ground was very slippery and my shoe had no grip on the ground. Nino was very kind and held on to me whenever there was snow so that I would not slip and fall. When we climbed up to the vantage point of the fortress, the staircase was steep and full of snow. In order to prevent me from falling down the stairs, she tried to clear the snow from the staircase with her boots. It was really very kind of her. Our driver Armin from Armenia also ensured the safety of my old parents in law when they got up and down the vehicle. They both demonstrated the kindness of Georgian people!

Kakheti, city of love and wine - Bus is clean, new, air-conditioned. Guide, Anna, an amazing funny lady. Speaks fluent English and Russian, in addition to Georgian, with ab impeccable accent. She is an entertaining story-teller passionate about her country's heritage and tradition. As a tourist, you cannot help it but fall in love with yhr country to the love Anna pours in her stories. We had the best wine tasting in VINERIA KAKHETI with an explicit demonstration, informative tips on wine making and tasting, and generosity in the bottles opened for the session. Overall, it is a reliable company, as I booked two trips with them so far and I was pleased in both. Thank you💗
