Tsinandali - Begin the day at the Tsinandali Estate, famous for its beauty. Prince Alexander Chavchavadze, a poet and notable Georgian figure, lived here. The estate features an art gallery and a bar where visitors can taste Tsinandali, the first Georgian wine made using European technology.
Alaverdi St. George Cathedral - The next stop is Alaverdi Cathedral, built in the early 11th century and one of the country’s four Great Cathedrals.
Ananuri Fortified Castle Ensemble - Head towards the Caucasus Mountains, pause at the Zhinvali reservoir, and visit Ananuri Castle.
Thursday: An Alpine Adventure: Kazbegi - Gergeti - Gori
