Embark on a day-long excursion from Tbilisi to Gudauri, taking in sights such as the diverse ecosystems of Forest Sabaduri, and the breathtaking panorama of Jinvali lake reservoir - a critical water source for Tbilisi. Visit the Ananuri Fortress, once the command center for local lords, and Pasanauri, where the White and Black Aragvi rivers converge. The itinerary also includes the Russia-Georgia Friendship Monument erected in 1983, and Gudauri, hailed as Georgia’s premier ski resort, along with the historic Georgian Military Road that serves as a key artery connecting Georgia and Russia over the Caucasus Mountains. Winter time in Gudauri offers skiing, amazing views from the gondola, and optional activities like paragliding, quad biking, and horseback riding. You may choose to include a gastronomic experience with a lunch option, featuring finest local dishes. A day trip to Gudauri gives you a chance to appreciate a verdant forest, an old citadel, distinctive rivers, high-quality skiing, and magnificent vistas. The entire journey covers 295 km (185 miles).

- Ladies need to wear head scarves and dresses in Georgian orthodox churches. Short trousers for men are also forbidden. Scarves and dresses can also be found near church entrances.
- Comfortable shoes and warm jacket are recommended.

Unforgettable visit of Sabaduri Forest (which is not mostly covered in other tour) with amazing Gudurai Experience - Unforgettable vacation and this wasn’t possible without having Georgi as my trip advisor. I feel lucky to arrange my excursion through him as he was having in-depth knowledge about the places we were exploring, nice and clean Lexus which make you feel special than others and last his soft spoken and polite English which you can easily understand. Getting English speaking guide was a challenging but thanks a lot that we booked through this tour.

Gudauri the amazing ski experience - DATE:
An incredible trip with an incredibly knowledgeable guide- George made our journey to Gudauri a memorable experience , it was our second trip with George to Gudauri but our first one during snow season and it was really amazing .. I would say with confidence that Gudauri is very much under rated as a ski resort .. it was so beautiful , well organised , exciting and full of festive vibes. The road up through the snowy slippery road was very scary and dangers. But I had no fear as I trusted George was the best driver ever , he was very determined to keep us safe and always made safety his first priority as much as he was keen to make our trip full of fun and joy .
I recommend taking the Gudauri tour with him in summer when you can enjoy the amazing views from the top of Georgia and of course try the delicious local barbecue and if you come in winter it is one of the best ski resorts we visited

Amazing activity! - First of all, Gudauri was refreshing to visit! The weather in early November was just cold enough (because I didn’t go for skiing). The drive up there was also amazing, taking in the sights, the mountains and seeing some local towns and iconic churches as well. Altogether, this is a must do when in Georgia!

Amazing day! - This was very interesting tour. Our guide/driver had a great knowledge in history and was glad to answer any our questions. The weather was sunny. I will never forget the beauty of georgian mountains and warmest relationships between Georgians. George was so much fun and never bored us during the trip. Highly recommended this tour who love mountains, want to know more about georgian culture and simply have fun!

Professional positive driver/guide - The tour was amazing! I love Georgia, cause in this beautiful country lives very hospitable people! It was my first tour in Gudauri and I'll never forget a beauty of Georgian mountains. But the most important thing in this tour was our guide's professionality and hospitality. I've never seen professional driver/guide such as George! He knows absolutely everything about the country because he answered every our questions from the heart. Thank to George now I know much about georgian's culture, history, traditions. He loves his job and this was the most important for us. His car was clean and comfortable!
