• Santa Prisca de Taxco - The Parroquia de Santa Prisca y San Sebastián, often referred to as Iglesia de Santa Prisca, is a colonial landmark situated in the city of Taxco de Alarcón, in the southern state of Guerrero, Mexico. The building was commissioned by José de la Borda, a highly successful miner in the Taxco area during the 18th century. From 1758 to 1806, the church was the tallest structure in Mexico until it was overtaken by the Church of Nuestra Señora del Carmen in San Luis Potosí.
