Great airport transfer - They provided a great service, safely driven, helpful with bags and taken straight to the door of my hotel. They spoke great English. They were a little late but this was due to traffic caused by road works which I saw on the trip to the hotel. They were very apologetic and kept me informed

Simple transfer made easy - Ali from GOTOUZBEKISTAN was great! He was there to meet and introduce you to the city. Simple transfer but worth it to not have to deal with the craziness of arriving into Dushanbe. Easy to contact on WhatsApp. Would highly recommend!

Confusing communication - Confusion. Language barrier and not being able to understand the driver who I thought I was communicating with, I was not. I was communicating wth a middle person. Very confusing. WHen I come back for business next month, I iwll not be using this service.

Skip this booking - Waited 1 hour for the driver to arrive even after re-confirming my flight arrival. The driver did not answer my many calls. They did respond via WhatsApp but sparingly. Apparently they had to send another driver after the original one never responded to them. I would suggest to just get a cab at the airport. There were plenty of them harassing/offering to give me a ride and they spoke English. Also the price at the airport was 1/4 of the price of this company.

HORRIBLE!!! UNPROFESSIONAL VENDOR AND VIATOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS USELESS!!! - This was a horrible experience and Viator was a total failure in providing support. I booked this airport pick up. But there was no where for me to add my flight arrival details. After repeated outreach to the vendor they finally acknowledged my information. But no where in the booking or confirmation was there any instruction on what to do once I arrived. Viator was horrible and simply repeated what was written on the booking confirmation as if I dont know how to read! Ultimately, I arrived in the middle of the night and despite receiving confirmation from the vendor (eventually while I was already in flight) that they would pick me up - no one came to pick me up!!! It was crowded and Viator (yet again) was useless. Finally after repeated calls (all the initial calls for nearly 30 minutes or more by me and Viator went unanswered) they apologized said they dont know what happened to the driver! They then sent someone - which I had to wait another 30-40 minutes.
