Great walking tour with Denise! - We did the Extended La Paz Adventure and Cable Car City Tour with Denise. It was really fun taking the local bus and cable car, and interesting learning about the history of the cities. Denise was really knowledgeable and friendly!

Good experience - Nice tour of la paz, guide was flexible despite some dramas on the city so the tour was adjusted not to visit the cemetery, which in all honesty was potentially not worth it - I guess unless it's the day of the dead celebration.

A great way to see life in La Paz - Daniel was a really knowledgeable and friendly guide who gave us some great insights into traditional and modern Bolivian culture and life. The views were fantastic both of the city and of the mountain. He kept it fun and showed us how to get about the city like a local. He really earns his tips which are extra to the fee that seemed high in comparison to other local experiences.

Excellent guide, fascinating culture - I was lucky enough to be the only person on this tour and receive a private tour from Marisol. She was phenomenal with her guidance through the public transport of the bus and teleferico, but it was her explanations of culture and religion in the cemetery and market that kept me captivated. I enjoyed getting off the beaten tourist path to really dig into La Paz and its people, and would highly recommend!

exciting, not so touristic tour - the tour with daniel seemed to us really like an insight into the life of locals. it was fun to need public transport and the view from el alto was beautiful. for our feelings the part in the cemetery (which is undeniably beautiful) should have been a little shorter and for that the time on el alto a little longer :) that is also the only thing. all in all a great tour!

Disorganized and Disappointing – Not Worth the Price - I booked the extended walking tour including the cemetery, El Alto, and Cholitas match through my hostel. While our guide was friendly and it was great to see areas I wouldn’t visit alone, the tour felt disorganized. A lot of time was spent figuring out transport, and key experiences like the coca leaf reading didn’t happen. There were no planned bathroom or snack breaks, and not even a simple bottle of water was included despite the 280 BS ($40 USD) price. At the cholita’s match, there were no seats reserved, just leftover ones towards the back near the door so we had to stand in the aisle way to get a view of the show (which was half over when we arrived). After the show, my group members and I were confused how to get back via bus because our guide left. We had to ask a guide from another tour company how to get back. Overall, the experience didn’t meet expectations and I wouldn’t recommend given the price.
