For several years now, our restaurant has offered the chance to enroll in Cooking Courses and Pizza Making Classes at our Taormina outlets. Whether you’re a beginner or an aficionado, these courses offer enjoyable and instructive experiences unique in their nature. Want to turn into a Chef? Our courses tutor students in preparing Sicilian Cuisine, Meat-based meals, Seafood dishes, Fresh Pasta, Sicilian Macaroni, Ravioli, Tortelloni, Tagliatelle, as well as in preparing Dough, Pizza, and Bread. Each cooking lesson commences with a guide through local Fish Markets, led by the Chef’s nuanced knowledge, spotlighting the best fish to purchase on the day to later cook with your own hands.

amazing cooking class - This cooking class is amazing. I can't cook and was able to make many dishes. The instructor, Paolo, is so fun and friendly. The end result was one of the best meals I had in Italy. 10 out of 10. highly recommend.

Just Wow! - Well what can I say? I was met by the team and Maurizio who took me around the local market to buy fresh produce and then back to the restaurant to cook. We made fresh pasta, salt baked fish, aubergine parmigiana, pasta alla nonna and much more. All lovingly guided by Maurizio. Such a professional. He was friendly, calm and had a lot of patience. At the end you can eat what you make but there was too much so gave some to the locals to try. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone who wants to visit Taormina and I can’t wait to go back one day. Thanks team x

Look no further this is the class you need to book! - Maurizio was an amazing host! Great experience and we learned so much!! Would highly recommend! entire staff welcomed us and made us feel like family. We finished the class with a family meal eating everything we had made. The ingredients were fresh the company was amazing and it was a great experience all around! Definitely recommend!

Shown a local market and were then guided to a working kitchen. We were taught Sicilian recipes and techniques. - This was such a lively informative class with a great amount of group engagement. Our head chef, Maurizio kept the party going. We received instruction that I can later use in my home kitchen.

Great time and good value - My daughter and i really enjoyed the class. We had great fun. The owner and the chef Paolo were really friendly and entertaining. Loads of good food and wine dished out during the class. One of the best things we did on our holiday and i would thoroughly recommend it.

Chef Paulo ~ Excellent Teacher & Delicious Recipes - Chef Paulo creates a very fun and exceptional learning experience. His ease with demonstrating and teaching each of the dishes gives you the confidence to jump right in. Chef Paulo is very encouraging. His techniques are so well practiced, almost effortless. Highly recommended for the delicious food but moreso for the experience of learning from a master (who has a very welcoming and fun personality!)

Fun, delicious class - Fun experience with people from all over the world. We made pasta, sea bass, swordfish and egg plant Parmesan. Our chef was excellent and fun and used recipes his grandma taught him.

Tasty belly full day where you get to meet new people - We booked this activity on a whim as we wanted to do something different in Taormina. We debated about the price of the activity as others in past was lower, but as the day unfold we got value for money as the complementary food (bread, cheese, fruit) & drinks (house wine & water), in addition to what was prepared/cooked flowed as we got to mingle with the other participants in our group (>20). The day started with tour of the local market and some ingredients for the recipes - tomatoes, aubergine, sea bass and swordfish. Then due to size of the group we went to their second restaurant to learn how to make pasta from scratch with different shapes. We then prepared salt baked seabass, aubergine parmigiana and swordfish rolls. We did not feel rushed and event lasted 4 hours. The day left us little room for dinner later.
The only improvement to the event was how to make the tomato sauce for the pasta as it was delicious.

A must do in Taormina - Was so much fun and well worth the money. We made pasta, two fish dishes and a veggie dish which all tasted nice and was fun to make. Had nibbles and wine in between making them which they didn’t stop refreshing. Got to keep the aprons and was given a certificate as well. Atmosphere was amazing and everyone was so friendly and attentive. Beautiful sea view from restaurant.
