Delightful Dinner in Taormina - We had the most wonderful evening! Chef Massimo is the consummate host! He met us in town and we walked just a bit to his kitchen space. Cocktails on the terrace with the option for dinner outside but we decided it was a bit too cold and opted for inside. All of his courses were an imaginative take on traditional Sicilian dishes paired with local wine. Each was more delicious than the last. Our company for the evening were new friends we had just met and a pair of lovely ladies from New York and New Jersey. Conversation was lively and fun! We had such a wonderful time and we’re so glad Massimo agreed to fit us in. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and can’t wait to come back again. Our compliments to the chef and such a terrific experience to have in Taormina. Highly recommend! Thanks Massimo for a great night!

Fantastico! A delicious dinner with new friends in a charming setting. - Our dinner at Chef Massimo's home-style kitchen was not exactly what we expected, but a highlight of our trip to Taormina nonetheless. Our meal was largely prepped by other guests who started with the market visit and cooking class with Chef Massimo, then our group of 3 couples joined for the multi-course "festive meal" which had been finished off by Chef Massimo and his assistants. The food and wine was delicious and abundant. Chef Massimo was a delightful host. This was a most memorable evening in a charming setting. Highly recommend.

Lovely Day with Chef Massimo! - Chef Massimo taught us so much about going marketing for the food and preparing the food!! Then we dined on the beautiful dishes we made in his picturesque patio!! It was a fun experience to have with my family and a few other participants that we enjoyed meeting! Chef Massimo is very engaging and shares his knowledge of cooking lovingly.

The best thing about our trip, loved it! - Our private dinner at Chef Massimo’s home was spectacular, unique and romantic. What a host! He was charming, made us feel totally spoiled and truly pampered by cooking us the most delicious multi-course meal in a private home with truly breathtaking views. He talked to us about the yummy local ingredients and cooking techniques used in each course and let us watch him work his magic in the kitchen but also let us have one on one time to really savour the special occasion. I cannot recommend this experience enough to add that wow factor to your holiday in Taormina. INCREDIBLE!

Amazing view, incredible food! - This cooking experience was incredible! Chef Massimo is knowledgeable about local cuisine and the market tour was an excellent way for us to learn first hand. His cooking facility has a sensational view of the water which made for a beautiful backdrop to this fun and delicious cooking experience! I highly recommend!
