A beautiful day trip... - Thanks for everything. A beautiful sightseeing tour done together with friends. We saw Castelmolla with its beautiful panoramic views.

Best way of getting round the island - We used this bus, and ended up spending 4 hours on the bus. Our driver was excellent, and the views were magnificent, also the atmosphere on the bus was buzzing all the way through our journey. I would certainly recommend using this bus service for going around the island. It costs 20 Euros each but was the best money we spent.

Bad experience - The guide from whom the tickets were bought said that he will come along and we got the idea that there is really someone called guide telling about the places. The reality was that when the bus came, it was already full and the guide went to give a "speech" and made people jump off the bus so that we and the others who bought the ticket could get on. So there was no guidance and the bus was completely overbooked. The driver fell over and when we got back on the bus in Castelmola after being there for an hour, some had to stand and not everyone could get on. We were in Taormina for 2 hours and when we got on the bus and got our seats, the driver drove to another stop and we had to change buses. There was a shortage of places and some missed the ride and had to wait another 2 hours for the next bus. I was left with a really bad image of that company, I can't recommend it! Rather, take a regular local bus that costs 1.90e/person.

Do not use this terrible company - Do not use this company no bus wouldn't refund! Waited 1 hour 30 mins no bus. Walked to ticket office, very rude lady said due to traffic and we would have to use ticket another day, which we couldn't do due to other commitments. Have done other city tours elsewhere and all fine. Lost 35 euros. Absolutely awful experience 😢

Waste of Time - Bus arrived full and no guarantee we could get on the next bus in an hour or any other bus running that day. We were not prepared to hang around in the heat with no shade or seating and wasting more time. We managed to negotiate a refund for 2 of our party as one is pregnant and the other has mobility issues. What a waste of time and money. Goodness knows what is must be like at the height of the season.

Terrible experience - The worst. No way you can get off. Would not get back on. All full. We had to take a cab to get back. Do not use this tour.

All Passengers Kicked off the bus in the rain! - Completely unorganized, waited 2 hours. Not given headsets. Driver sped through towns. 20€ and we went about 15 minutes and then got KICKED OFF the bus because they needed it for a Godfather tour! Pouring rain. Nowhere to go. Absolutely ridiculously awful!

Deceived at Port - Do not use this company. Waited around 40 mins when we were told 5 to start. Wanted to spend a good few hours at Taormina. Finally arrived outside of Taormina to be told bus is “on a break”. As we were on a cruise we had no time to see what we wanted to see as it was apparently 1hr 45 mins back. Don’t waste your time, get a taxi from the port. A wasted day due to the lies told prior to boarding.

The tour was terrible.... - The tour was terrible. The driver sped all through the tour. We were unable to see any sights as he was driving so quickly and dangerously around the narrow and hilly roads. Never explained what we were seeing.

DO NOT USE - Overpriced City Bus - We took this tour expecting to learn about Taormina. The audio equipment on our bus was broken according to the driver, so all we got was a ride around the area. Also, there were more people on the bus than there we seats, so some people had to stand. What a waste of 20 Euro. JUST TAKE THE CITY BUS. When we called to complain, the office just said "OK".
