Cannoli making in Taormina! - During a recent vacation in Taormina, I took a class in how to make traditional cannoli. It was a small group of us that met one morning at a local restaurant. With the guidance of our enthusiastic teacher we learned all the steps from scratch of making cannoli. Afterwards we got to sit down and enjoy our delicious pastries! The class was a lot if fun! I really recommend it if you enjoy yummy cannoli!

Cannoli can be colorful - The friends we met. It was a little distracting. I never found the cannoli I made. Would have been nice if they told us the class was inside the restaurant! We waited outside because the message said he was 10 minutes away!
