Full Day Serengeti Park

Serengeti National Park - Today offers a full day of exploration, allowing you to appreciate the diverse landscapes of the Central Serengeti. The Seronera River meanders through this region, providing water for a variety of wildlife. You’ll also encounter the distinctive rocky outcrops, known as kopjes, that define the Serengeti’s scenery. Lunch will be a memorable experience, enjoyed amidst the bush. The scenery changes with the seasons, but in May, November, and December, migrating herds join the already abundant resident wildlife. During the rainy season, the landscape is filled with hundreds of thousands of wildebeest, creating an incredible spectacle.

Serengeti to Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Serengeti National Park - After breakfast, embark on another game drive in Serengeti National Park. This morning may reveal animals not yet seen. The Serengeti is home to the Big Five – lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, and leopard – and today might offer the chance to see all of them. After a picnic lunch, travel towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, spotting numerous wildlife, possibly hunting predators along the way.

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha Town/Airport

Ngorongoro Crater - Known as the world’s largest caldera, Ngorongoro’s breathtaking landscape, with its vast highland plains and rich wildlife, makes it one of the most exotic natural wonders on earth. After breakfast, descend into the expansive crater, home to around 120 lions with defined territories, 15,000 wildebeest, 9,000 zebra, 400 hyenas, and approximately 50 black rhinos. Many wildebeest and other herd animals reside here year-round, benefiting from the abundant water sources, and are joined by some migratory species in season. Buffalo, Thomson’s gazelle, and eland are also present in significant numbers. Hippos inhabit the pools and swamplands, while the vibrant highland birdlife thrives around the waters. Flamingos are often seen in Lake Magadi, which occupies part of the crater floor. Enjoy lunch inside the crater, then continue the game drive before heading back to Arusha or the airport, marking the end of the safari.
