Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Tarangire National Park - Guests will be picked up from their hotel at 7:30 am. After introductions to the guide, chef, and fellow travelers, the journey to Tarangire National Park begins, a 2-hour drive renowned for its varied landscape. The park is especially famous for its ancient Baobab trees and the largest elephant population in the country, offering unique opportunities to observe elephant family interactions. A game drive will be conducted based on reported animal sightings, focusing on predators like lions, cheetahs, and leopards, which are more elusive, while herbivores such as giraffes, wildebeests, and zebras are abundant.
Later, the group will head to the Tarangire River picnic site to enjoy a scenic view of the river and wildlife while having lunch. Although small monkeys and baboons may attempt to snatch food, there is no cause for concern.
After lunch, the game drive will continue until approximately 4:30 pm, after which the group will proceed to their accommodation at Fig Tree Lodge & Campsite for dinner and rest.
Mto wa Mbu to Serengeti National Park
Serengeti National Park - After breakfast, the drive from Mto wa Mbu to Serengeti begins, taking approximately 6 hours, including stops, as it passes through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

A brief stop at the gate and viewpoint offers a breathtaking view of the crater.

An optional visit to a Maasai village is available, where guests can explore the culture of the Maasai tribe, known for their historical lion hunting traditions. Although these practices are largely historical, visitors can still learn about the Maasai way of life.
Duration: 20-45 minutes
This visit is optional and not included in the tour price, with many clients choosing not to participate. Entrance fees range from 10-20 USD.
Upon arrival in the late afternoon, a game drive in Seronera, the heart of the Serengeti, will continue into the evening, offering the chance to witness a stunning sunset and possibly observe a predator in action. The day concludes at the Seronera campsite.
Note: Wildlife can also be observed from the campsite, particularly hyenas, with active ranger protection ensuring safety.

Serengeti National Park - Seronera, Serengeti National Park
Following an early breakfast, an early morning game drive will take place, allowing for extensive wildlife viewing until midday. The group will then return to camp for lunch and packing, continuing the game drive while exiting the Serengeti and heading to Simba Campsite, a 2-hour drive near the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater.
Note: Animals may be spotted at campsites.
Ngorongoro Crater
Ngorongoro Crater - Ngorongoro Crater, Ngorongoro Conservation Area, Arusha Region
After an early breakfast, the descent into the crater begins at 6:15 am, with the goal of spotting the elusive black rhino. While rhinos are challenging to find, other wildlife is more easily observed due to the crater’s unique geography.
After lunch, a game drive will continue before ascending the crater to camp and preparing for the journey to Sunbright Lodge & Campsite near Lake Manyara National Park, where swimming is an option for those interested.
Lake Manyara National Park
Lake Manyara National Park - Following breakfast, the group will visit Lake Manyara National Park, renowned for its large flamingo population and tree-climbing lions, though sightings of the latter are rare.
A game drive will offer views of numerous bird species, and with luck, the famous tree-climbing lions. The hippo pool provides a close-up view of hippos, and the hot springs are also included in the game drive, with opportunities to see a variety of animals such as buffaloes, wildebeests, warthogs, vultures, eagles, and monkeys.
