Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Tarangire National Park - After enjoying breakfast, the operator will pick you up from your hotel for a direct drive to Tarangire National Park, which takes about 2 hours. Along the way, you’ll enjoy a picnic lunch before continuing with a game drive in the heart of the park. Expect to see large herds of elephants, with the possibility of spotting hundreds during the drive. Keep an eye on the treetops for leopards, and you may also encounter buffalo, impala, zebras, warthogs, giraffes, and more. Explore the park until late evening, then head to Fig Trees Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Tarangire to Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park - After an early breakfast, pack all camping gear into the safari jeep and depart the lodge for Serengeti via Manyara, traveling through the Rift Valley escarpments. Today, there’s an option to visit a Masai village on the way to Serengeti. Arrive in Serengeti by evening and enjoy an evening game drive towards Seronera Campsite.

Serengeti to Ngorongoro

Serengeti National Park - Rise early at 6 am and, after a hot cup of coffee, leave the campsite for morning game viewing in the heart of Serengeti National Park. Enjoy the beautiful sunrise, but remember to wear warm clothes as it can be chilly. Continue the game drive until midday, then return to camp for a full breakfast and lunch, known as brunch. Later, depart the camp for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, enjoying a game drive en route to Ngorongoro Simba Campsite.

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

Ngorongoro Crater - On the final day of the Tanzania Safari, after breakfast, take a picnic lunch and drive a short distance to the descending gate. Descend 650 meters to the crater floor for a half-day game tour. If fortunate, you may see rhinoceros, but the crater is home to many permanent resident animals due to its year-round water supply. After lunch, ascend the crater rim, return to camp to collect camping equipment, and drive back to Arusha for an overnight stay, concluding the 4-day adventure in northern Tanzania.
