A remarkable experience - Our tour was led by the lovely Shoukaina. She led us through and around the Medina marketplace and eateries. Along with food knowledge we learned a lot of the history of the Kasbah and Medina. To our delight, our last stop was at Shoukaina’s parent’s house where we were treated to an incredible 7-vegetable couscous dish that we all shared together. We highly recommend this tour and encourage you to request Shoukaina for a wonderful and enlightening experience.
