Waterfall hike and the Beach - Gaby was on time for my pickup arranged less than a day before. We went to Tamanique falls after a pickup of another group at El Zonta. Very humid trip down. Good advice to dress for the heat and have water food wear for plunging into refreshing waterfall basin. Drove to Tunco beach for a two out lunch. Managed to squeeze in a short surf with a rental. About nine hours total, five hours if activity time and four hours transportation.

Best tour and tour guide in El Salvador! - Great guide! Very knowledgeable about the areas we visited and offered great recommendations for restaurants at the beach. I would definitely take another tour with him again!
The areas we visited were awesome as well. A little bit of bummer that it rained during the tour but don't let that stop you from getting a tour with Josue!

Excellent adventure 😎🇸🇻 - Well, guys, this adventure is excellent to enjoy nature at its best. The path going down to the falls is medium, and you will through beautiful views of mountains and birds chirping all along the way. It is worth every penny. Wait until you are there after that trail. You will get like new on that water.

Waterfalls tour - We had a great time with our tour guides David J and Freddy C, they ensured that we we save in our trail and showed all the interesting things along the way. The waterfall was beautiful and a must see.

The best tour in El Salvador - This is definitely a must if you are going to El Salvador. The waterfalls are stunning and beautiful, and although the hike is not the easiest, it is definitely worth it. The group I went with was great, including my guide, David, which was extremely friendly and pleasing.
El tunco is very unique, since the sand is made out of volcanic rocks and it is black. Such a great experience overall. Would definitely recommend!

So fun! - Such a fun day! Honestly loved this.
The trek down is steep, but just take your time. The falls are gorgeous! It had just rained so the fall was amazing.
Love el tunco as well. You must visit if you’re visiting and love the beach.
Diego was our guide and he was so nice. He even carried my water bottle during the hike hahah Freddy was with us for the hike and he takes bomb photos!!

Fun time! - This was fun! The water fall is so cool, you have to see it.
It was just myself and another guy. I really like the small group.
Be prepared for a steep trek down to the falls. But honestly it wasn’t that bad.
Diego was my guide, he was honestly so nice. We also had Freddy along with the hike, he takes bomb pics!
Beach was gorg. I loved El Tunco. Safe, cute little town.
I had the best pupusas of my trip there. I don’t recall the restaurant name, but it’s not on the beach front, it’s on the street with all the stores. It over looks the river. Outside the restaurant there is. Sign that says 4 papusas for $5. I will be dreaming about how yummy that food was and affordable!

Excellent tour, even if you go "solo" - I recently went on a tour to the Tamanique Waterfalls, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The absolute highlight of the trip was our guide, who was incredibly pleasant and made the whole excursion even better.
Getting down to the waterfalls was quite easy and relaxed, a nice gentle descent. The hike back up was a bit more challenging, but definitely manageable and nothing too strenuous. The waterfalls themselves were absolutely stunning and impressive, truly a sight to behold. Despite some recent rain, which made the water a little murky, swimming in the falls was still a beautiful and enjoyable experience.
After the waterfall adventure, we headed to El Tunco Beach, which was the perfect follow-up! It's a very pleasant beach and was an ideal spot to cool off and relax after the hike.
I highly recommend this tour for anyone looking for an adventure with breathtaking natural beauty followed by some refreshing beach time!
Special shout-out to Diego, our guide. His explanations were top-notch, but more than anything, his patience and kindness truly stood out.
