Valley of the Latte doesn’t disappoint - The Valley of the Latte makes you fall in love with Guam. From the moment you step on the boat the Captain tells funny jokes and provides great information about the areas along the way. Pineapple Ben made such fun gifts out of palm leaves. Helping keep smiles on everyone’s faces throughout the whole experience. Once docked we met some more amazing staff members, they began plugging us into the culture & teaching us so many different ways to use coconut and other island resources. Everyone on the staff at Valley of the Latte makes you will feel like part of the Valley of Latte family. So much love for the culture and it radiates. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed.

Great Micronasian nature and misterious jungle life. - Great expeience on jungle and river nature. Humorous and warmest tour guide in both English and Japanese. Deep in natural jungle was a bit misterious as well. “Pineapple Head”(the guide)is a lovely, humorous, and warmhearted guy. Thank you.

Great Cultural Tour - Excellent cultural tour! The river boat cruise was enjoyable and the captain and first mate made the experience a lot of fun. They were very knowledgeable and funny too. My 3 year old had a blast. The demonstrations were great and lunch tasted good. We learned how to weave and fed their animals. Will definitely be recommending to others! It's beautiful!

Amazing Tour - What an experience! Both my parents are from this beautiful island, but I was born in the mainland and never made it here until now. This tour is a must do when visiting Guam! My family, including two teenage boys, loved this tour. We arrived early in the valley with time to spare. After checking in, we had a long conversation with a man who turned out to be the captain of our boat! He pointed out local trees and even took us to see some turtles from the bridge across the street before our tour even began. We boarded a large boat and set off upstream. Our first stop was an ancient chamorro village site where they welcomed us with song and dance. We learned all about coconuts, the native trees and flowers and their uses, as well as the thousand year old latte stones and their purpose. We even learned some chamorro words during the demonstration. We had time to take pictures and enjoy the scenery before boarding the boat again to go further upstream. We stopped to see the riverbanks, coconut crabs and catfish. Then we stopped at another site where we saw how they made sea salt and coconut oil. We also got to try our hand at weaving using bamboo leaves. Our boys got to choose an item that was weaved by a local weaver to take home as souvenirs! There were some local goats and deer as well as a karabao at this site, which we got to have a short ride on. There was another demonstration where they showed us how ancient Chamorros built fires using the local wood and coconut husks. Lunch was catered by a local company and was great. We had bbq chicken and ribs along with red rice, finadene, spinach, and banana. The trip ended with a boat ride back and shaved ice from the gift shop. This is truly a memorable family adventure you don’t want to miss!

Excellent Adventure - We were visiting family on Guam. They mentioned that they had not experienced this yet. We decided to drive on over. It was worth the time and money. Pineapple Ben, the Captain and Center did a fantastic job! Appreciate the lessons of history, botany, and more. Great cultural experience. Lunch was delicious. Try be three kids, 7-11, had fun seeing the animals, fire starting, exploring the countryside. The parking was a bit tight. Know that it can crowded and you may have to park on the highway and walk in. The ground is not flat. You will be walking on various surfaces. We all wished the boat ride was longer. Not negative at all. Just letting folks know before they go. Incredible to see so many staff speak multiple languages and sign language. Very cool! Glad we went.
