Just amazing. There flights and service are outstanding. - These guys were amazing. From the customer service to the actual tour, these guys just had it going on. As the 1st day in Talkeetna was overcast and snowing, we rebooked our flight to our last day in Talkeetna. The team were very helpful in this. As we had finished a dog mushing tour on our second day, the weather was superb and you could see the 3 mountains from town. Luckily for us, we walked to airport and asked if we could get on the flight from our rebooked ticket the next day and they managed to get us on the flight that day. The team at the airport base were super helpful in this. The flight was amazing. We were lucky enough to see all three mountains in the one flight and the scenery was spectacular. Its hard to put into words. The only issue we had was another companies plane was on the glacier runway and we couldn't land. Our pilot Jack tried to wait a few minutes and took a quick lap around the area to come back and see if we could get down but it wasn't safe so we couldn't land and then we flew back to base. When talking to the team at the airport, we said we had an amazing experience and a shame we missed the landing. You don't have to pay for that part as well if you didn't get it. As we were buying some merchandise from the shop, the staff came back to us and asked us if we wanted to jump on the next flight, for free, and only pay for the landing if we got it. We jumped at the chance. We got the same pilot Jack again for our next flight. He was excellent and explained and answers for questions when asked over the radio. Luckily, we got a glacier landing on this flight. It was an amazing experience and well worth the money. Luckily for us we got two flights for the price of the one. I cant thank the team at K2 aviation for the help they gave us. There customer service was amazing, just like the service they provide. I would thoroughly recommend K2 aviation for a Denali flight experience. Its a must do when in Talkeetna

Experience of a Lifetime - I highly recommend seeing Denali and it was also awesome to see it so up close! I highly recommend this experience and K2 Aviation knows what they are doing.

Landing on Ruth Glacier - Take a spectacular weather day, a seasoned pilot and state-of-the-art aircraft, and enjoy an incredible day flying around one of the most beautiful mountain ranges in the world. Denali lived up to its reputation in every way. Conditions permitted a landing on Ruth Glacier for a stroll in the nine-foot snowpack with all angles for photo opportunities. K2 Aviation is tops all around. Our knowledgeable pilot, Sean, gave us a smooth ride, detailed narration and even offered his services as photographer. It was an adventure to treasure forever.

Epic - WE were blessed with open skies. I had no idea of the vastness of the area. We got very close to mountains, I thought I would be able to reach out and touch them. Great explanation of the glaciers and mountains by our pilot. Landed on the Glacier. Epic experience.

Great Experience - Landed on a glacier and was riding in the copilot seat. Airtime probably around an hour and about 15 to 20 minutes on the glacier. Very please with the experience and would highly recommend to anyone that does not have a fear of flying.

Glacier landing - Glacier landing tour was spectacular. Due to the weather, a landing was not an option. At the last minute, near the landing site, headquarters gave us the go ahead to land. Never seen anything like it.

Breathtaking! - What an incredible experience! After 3 overcast days in Talkeetna we were not sure we were ever going to see Denali, but K2 fixed that! On our final morning in Talkeetna it was, again, overcast with no mountain views. Once our flightsee emerged from the clouds it was a stunning visual display of the park and the mountain peak! Our pilot was knowledgeable, friendly and gave us lots of great information about what we were seeing. There is truly no better way to experience this amazing, vast park that via plane. This was a highlight of our Alaska trip. Highly recommended!!!

Great way to see Denali and surroundings - Excellent experience! (K2 Grand Tour, without glacier landing) The views were totally amazing + our pilot was skilled, knowledgeable, and provided just the right amount of narration/explanation during the flight. We were very lucky with particularly clear weather, but the terrain, and the altitudes at which you see it, are very varied, so I'd guess that it will be remarkable even in less-than-perfect conditions . The pilots have discretion about the exact route they fly, so they can take best advantage of whatever is happening on the day you fly. We recommend leaving an empty day the day after your scheduled flight, if that's possible, so that in the rare event that no flights can go out on your day, you can stay over and try again the next day. In any case, the train trip to Talkeetna is very pleasant and scenic, and the town itself is...cute. A highlight of our Alaska trip (tied with the Kenai fjords boat tour).
