  ② 9:20 – Arrival at the SUP/Canoe site
  ↓
  ③ 9:30 – Begin SUP/Canoe adventure!
  ↓
  ④ 10:30 – Adventure concludes. Next stop: Barasu Island!
  ↓
  ⑤ 12:00 – Return to port. Lunch break starts. We’ll suggest some great lunch spots!
  ↓
  ⑥ 13:00 – Lunch break ends. Depart for Yubu Island
  ↓
  ⑦ 13:30 – Arrive at the water buffalo cart station
  ↓
  ⑧ 13:45 – Enjoy a leisurely water buffalo cart ride to Yubu Island
  ↓
  ⑨ 15:00 – Depart Yubu Island via water buffalo cart
  ↓
  ⑩ 15:45 – Drop-off at Uehara Port or your accommodation

Hotel Pick-up
If hotel pick-up is requested, your meeting time may vary. Confirm the exact time the day before using the method on your ticket.

Participation Requirements
SUP: Ages 12–59

Canoe: Ages 3–59
Pregnant individuals, children under 3, and those with pre-existing medical conditions cannot participate.
If you have any concerns, feel free to consult us in advance.

For Those Who Are Anxious
If you’re concerned about physical strength or have a fear of water, please consult us before the tour.

Equipment & Safety
Life jackets are required for all water activities.
If you refuse to wear the necessary safety gear, you will not be allowed to participate.
For safety, please follow the guide’s instructions at all times.

Weather Conditions
The tour will proceed in rainy weather. However, it may be canceled if conditions are unsafe.

About Barasu Island
Barasu Island is significantly affected by tides, so the schedule or activity order may change.
The island’s size varies with sea conditions. Therefore, the tour plan may change to an alternative on short notice. We appreciate your understanding.

Clothing & Preparation
Wear clothing suitable for getting wet.
There are no restrooms at the site, so please use one beforehand.
Participation while under the influence of alcohol is strictly prohibited.

Shower Facilities
Showers are available at our office. Please bring a change of clothes and a towel.
Note: Boarding the ferry in wet clothing may be refused.

Tours are conducted in Japanese or English.
Depending on booking circumstances, the tour may be conducted in Japanese only. Thank you for your understanding.
