- Ninokawa Dam Management Office - Originating in Europe, this outdoor activity has been adopted in various regions of Japan since the early 2000s. Participants ascend rocky terrains such as gorges and ravines while being drenched as if in a shower. For safety, participants are equipped with specialized wetsuits and life jackets over their swimwear. Experience the majestic natural surroundings of Takayama! A minimum of three people is required to participate. However, if there are other customers, solo participants are welcome. We also offer personalized tours to other destinations, such as Shirakawa-go and within Takayama city itself. Should you require a Chinese-speaking guide, please inform us in advance. Private tours are available upon request.

Exciting outdoor activities! - Fun and exciting outdoor activity for family. The tour guides are experienced and know how to make a little adventure memorable. Highly recommend for tourists looking for more than cultural experience at Takayama. Great nature is waiting for you just about 30 minutes drive from the town center.

Shower Climbing (AMAZING!!) - Shower climbing was Amazing!!!!!!! Miyuki Hoshine advised us to take this tour. Our guide was also professional, funny and very friendly. He helped us and made pictures. Because of this activity we could enjoy the nature of Takayama like we would never would. It was an amazing experience that we would definitely recommend to everyone!

Great shower climbing - Excellent experience!! The guide Yamapi was very kind. I definitely recommend this tour if you visit and do shower climbing at Takayama.
