5/5 STARS! Highly Recommend - 5 stars! I had a fantastic time touring Tokyo with Maruf who was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and informative as he took me to all the must sees in Tokyo. Maruf shared with me the history of each spot we went to and took me to some of his favorite secret spots in the city. Could not recommend more, thank you Maruf!!

Great private tour - Great local guide. Marc was fantastic and personalised the walking tour to my interests and desire to see as much of the city as possible in 3-4 hours. He showed me some off the beaten path spots and was friendly, personable and professional at all times.

See much of Tokyo and get a sense of how to get around in just a few hours. - Marc is an excellent guide! He showed me all over, we covered much of the city, and he was very thoughtful and descriptive of how to get around and use the train system. In each area we did a walking loop and he described where the train station was in relation to the places to see there. I got a very good feel for how to get around. Marc also gave some great information on Japanese culture and how to be a good visitor here. Would highly recommend to anyone not familiar with Tokyo.

Culture and fun with my 9yo son - We went to Asakusa to take in the culture, buy souvenirs etc, then headed to Shibuya for the crossing, hedgehog cafe and shopping. My 9yo son had the best time ever! Our tour guide Mami Oki was excellent!

Build Your Tokyo Tour With Nobu - My group of 4 was guided by Nobu of "Tokyo Travel Tips" and we thoroughly enjoyed our tours. Native Nobu is a cetified English guide for 10 years which we shared our interests and he organized our itineraries for 2 day tours around Tokyo and Osaka. Nobu picked and drove us on our 1st tour of Yokohama, Asakusa, and we got our Costco fix! Our 2nd tour was more active with visiting the Himeji Castle, walked the Dotonbori Street and Hozenji Temple. We strolled gardens, ate, shopped, experienced a tea ceremony--all a great, fantastic time with Nobu's kind, consideration, and knowledge; nobu-tokyo.com.

Patrick was great! He... - Patrick was great! He took us around Tokyo to well known sites but with added experience of seeing hidden or hard-to-find-on-your-own spots - observation points for Shubaya crossing (not Starbucks!) , artistic bookstore and hidden garden at Ginza 6! Overall, awesome guide who made our trip to Tokyo very special ! Thank you, Patrick!

An insightful introduction to Tokyo! - Amazing! My daughter and I had Keiji, who gave us a wonderful and knowledge-filled introduction to Tokyo and various aspects of Japanese culture. He was kind, conversational, and friendly, he made us feel welcome, and didn't hesitate to answer our questions or give us any and all information we needed to plan the rest of our stay. He went above and beyond (ex; treating us to takoyaki and giving us a personalized itinerary of local hotspots for our second day in town), and shared a very personal insight into experiences and locations that we would never have learned about or visited on our own. Our tour also had a great range of points of interest, from learning how to pray at temples to exploring the modern prefecture of Harajuku to teaching us how to navigate the train system. All in all, a wonderful experience - thank you, Keiji! - Tae and Taralynn

Izumi Rocks - Our Japanese guide, Izumi, took us to all the hot spots of Tokyo in 4 hours! It was hard keeping us on track because there is so much to see. Since she is a professional photographer, she knew what to view and where to best view it. She was so pleasant and found us the most amazing shop in which to buy kimonos and hapi coats. Her photography was amazing. She also does a Toyko Photo Tour that gives you professional photos. Thanks Izumi!!!
