Additional Information
You will put on the traditional samurai outfit and wield a katana just like a real samurai. This is the only samurai sword experience in Tokyo where you would feel like a real samurai and have a real hands on sword experience different from some simple costume play. Many people come to Japan to learn about the history of samurai and fulfill their childhood dream of being a samurai and this is it. The lesson includes hakama wearing, free tour of the Samurai and Ninja Museum, wearing samurai armor and samurai helmet and posing in front of several samurai-theme backgrounds. The whole experience takes about 2 hours.

Magnificent experience! - We had a great experience! Samurai clothing, history lessons, ninja star throwing and sword lessons! Make sure there is a sensei on site so you can cut bamboo with real swords.

This was a highlight of our trip to Tokyo! Sensei Ryo was an incredible teacher. Taking his samurai class is a must!! - Learning about the history of the Samurai here was interactive and fun and fun for everyone in our group! We highly recommend taking the Samurai class with Sensei Ryo. It was incredible.He is a very patient and knowledgeable teacher who has 30+ years of experience in the art. The Ninja class was a hit with our family also!

It’s fun !!! And worth to go and learn the history ! - Worth to go and learn the history of the Samurai and Ninjas! Good for Family Bonding ! Kids will learn a and adults , Can try the costume of the samurai and taking pics .

You need to do this.... - I brought my 14 year old son from the UK to Tokyo for a week. We were both keen to experience and indulge ourselves in the ways of the ninja and Samurai of Japan. This was the place to do it. We were entertained and educated with hands on training in both the use of a Samurai sword and ninja stars. The staff were professional, helpful and above all knowledgeable. Best time spent in Japan so far.
