Outstanding shopping & cooking in Tokyo - Minnie was exceptional. She met us at the meet spot on time, big smile on her face. We went shopping for our fish and veggies for the cooking class. Short walk to the kitchen with lots of conversation. Minnie’s instructions were great, patient and helpful. We will definitely want to do another activity with her.

A Fun and Insightful Cooking Experience with Masae - Masae’s cooking class was fun and incredibly informative. Even as a Japanese person, I learned many new tips and techniques. The class is great for solo travelers, friends, or couples—it’s a welcoming experience for everyone. Masae’s teaching style is kind and easy to follow, and I loved how we could enjoy the food together afterward. I’d definitely love to join another class with her!

sushi cooking course - Our Japanese teacher first took us to the supermarket for a lesson in sashimi-spotting: which salmon? What tuna? Why does that eggplant look like it wants to tell you something? Then roll sushi, make miso soup, grill aubergines, taste sake... And sure enough: it worked and worked. We can officially call ourselves Sushi-San.

Top Sushi-Class - A really unique experience, "unfortunately" I was the only participant as the others cancelled at short notice. So I had the cooking class almost to myself and could learn and hear so much. Taka is a top chef and we could also exchange ideas so well and I got some good tips. The cooking was great. First you go shopping together, where some of the ingredients are already explained, then you go to the cooking studio. Here the basics of Japanese cuisine are explained and then the sushi is prepared together. There are a few side dishes that are also cooked. All in all a very positive experience.

More than just sushi - Super nice teacher who explains everything very clearly. It was a lot of fun and I can recommend it to everyone. We were 3 people. In addition to sushi, we prepared a miso soup, an omelet and eggplant.
