Our driver/guide was... - Our driver/guide was excellent - very knowledgeable and informative. We very much enjoyed his descriptions and stories about each location we visited.

Abdul Fabulous - Abdul our driver was excellent, he customised our trip to what we wanted and came with us to the temple explaining lots of history. Other stops he dropped us as couldn’t leave the vehicle but was always in contact to arrange our pick up and was very flexible. Friendly and informative and we had a a fabulous day. Thankyou Abdul

Such a great day with Maz - Maz was an amazing driver and we had the best day with him exploring Tokyo for the first time.He went above and beyond to help us in a tricky situation. He was knowlegable about the sights and came with us to explain things but was respectful of us having our time together as a couple. We could not recommend anyone better than Maz, genuinely. Thanks Maz for making the trip so enjoyable.

See it all in a matter of time. - tour guide was very nice. Covered a ton of Tokyo in several hours. had only 6 1/2 hours and saw everything I wanted to see during that time.

Tokyo Tour - Our tour guide Maz was very helpful and did his best to show us all the places of interest. The tour was good and we would recommend this trip to others.

Maz was great! - Tour should entail a few more sites-attractions for the price. Market was the best part of this tour. Temple was also amazing!

Frustrating and Disappointing - Due to the very quiet voice of the guide, and a definite language barrier, we were unable to make ourselves understood and in turn found it difficult to understand him. He did ask us where we wanted to go on our trip, and promised to do his best. We decided to stick roughly to the suggested itinerary with a couple of variations as we weren’t interested in shopping, but did specifically want to see the Shibuya Crossing which he agreed to. However he seemed very keen to take us to Tokyo Bay Aqualine, so after a bit of persuasion we agreed. It was a bit of a way out of Tokyo and, although we asked at least 3 times, afterwards he said we had run out of time and couldn’t go to the crossroads even though we had only had 8 of the promised 10 hours. Also, he gave us almost no historical or other information on anything we saw. We felt we hadn’t had our money’s worth.

Horrible driver - Horrible experience. Our driver was 1 hour 20 minutes late. He’s not Japanese and barely spoke English. We can’t understand what he was saying. He didn’t stick to the itinerary and skipped a few places. He rushed us and cut the time we spent to places he was able to take us. Driving skills was horrible almost hit 3 people. Very reckless. Dropped us off in an alley instead of our hotel. The worst tour ever.

Unimpressed - I've travelled the world with this tour company and always been very happy but this last Tripp was below my expectations. Our driver was more interested in himself than tour and sites itself. He did not leave the vehicle much using the excuse that parking wasn't available and he was soft spoken so we had to ask him multiple times to speak louder. We didn't get much history or background information to keep us engaged in this trip. One of the main sites on the tour was closed and we were dropped off for an hour, so we decided to head back to the car and forego the whole hour, which was wasted It would have been nice if they were able to extend that time to a different site or take us somewhere in lieu of the closure and be prepared to know that the site was not open on this particular day. It was my friends first experience with Viator and they were very disappointed. Hope it was a one off
