Highly recemmonded!! - The experience was amazing with Roamtrips, their team is highly professional and Affan guided very well on the history of tokyo and he knew all the best places for food. If you're travelling with family or friends, this tour provides privace with comfort.

Rip Off - The vehicle was uncomfortable and the guide was ill informed. The driver had more to share about his own personal life rather than about monuments.

No guide - We booked for a private tour with an English speaking guide. The driver was super nice, very polite. However there was no guide. We feel we could have paid only for the car and deserve a refund since there was no knowledgeable guide: the knowledge IS the experience, and we didn't get that. But the driver was great. Thank you Affan.
