- Senso-ji Temple - Sensoji (浅草寺, Sensōji, also known as Asakusa Kannon Temple) is a Buddhist temple situated in Asakusa. It stands as one of Tokyo’s most vibrant and well-loved temples.
According to legend, in the year 628, two brothers discovered a statue of Kannon, the goddess of mercy, in the Sumida River. Despite returning the statue to the river, it continually came back to them. As a result, Sensoji was constructed nearby in honor of the goddess Kannon. The temple was completed in 645, making it the oldest temple in Tokyo.

- Ameyoko Shopping Street - Ameyoko (アメ横) is a bustling market street along the Yamanote Line tracks between Okachimachi and Ueno Stations. The name “Ameyoko” is short for “Ameya Yokocho” (candy store alley), as candies were traditionally sold there. Alternatively, “Ame” also refers to “America,” due to the abundance of American products available there when the street served as a black market following World War Two.

Visitors can engage interactively to learn about various facets of early Tokyo, such as the lifestyle of its people, Edo Period architecture, cultural heritage, political climate, commercial activities, and more. Through numerous town models, figurines, and life-sized figures, the museum offers an engaging insight into how towns were built in the past.
- Ueno Park - Ueno Park boasts about half a dozen museums, a zoo, a Toshogu Shrine, and the Shinobazu Pond among its attractions. It is also renowned as Tokyo’s most famous cherry blossom party location.
