- Tahnaout - Discover and explore deep Berber country in the High Atlas Mountains, and enjoy the landscapes of desert, valleys, villages, and open plains on a full-day trip from Marrakech.
Fall in love with the varied and unique beauty of Morocco’s valleys, mountains, countryside, and desert on this full-day guided excursion from Marrakech. After pickup at around 9:00 AM, head to the Atlas Mountains, passing through a small village where you can visit a traditional Berber Weekley souk (market in Saturday or Tuesday)
- Moulay Brahim - then to Moulay Brahim valley where you will try the experience of camel Ride
- Imlil - Arrive in Imlil and take a trek by foot or by Mule to Armed, the highest and largest village in Imlil Valley. Your journey will take you past waterfalls and the hamlets of Ait Mizan, Targa, and Imoula. Stop off in Tamatert to take in views of ancient irrigated fields of barley, corn, and vegetables, surrounded by cherry and walnut trees. Your guide will point out interesting sites and tell you about Berber culture and heritage along the way.
- Tamatert - Come back down through the village of Ait Souka, where you’ll meet a Berber family and enjoy a traditional Moroccan meal as a guest in their home. Head next to Kik Plateau, at 1,800 meters altitude, offering spectacular 360-degree views, and in spring, a marvelous spread of alpine flowers.
- Plateau du Kik - Arrive at the edge of Lalla Takerkoust Lake, whose dam supplies Marrakesh with all its energy. Take a tea break and admire the views out over the lake
- Agafay - Finally, drive to Agafay Desert and enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. Pass through stone desert, barren light brown plateaus, Bedouin villages, oases, and high hills with panoramic views to High Atlas. If the timing is right, enjoy views of the sunset from up high before returning to Marrakech.

Breathtaking views - This was a really enjoyable trip. Our guide, Ismail was amazing. He was very good at giving history behind everything and also very kind. He helped carry my toddler while climbing the mountain. Also felt very safe in the van while going up mountain roads as Abdul was a sick driver. Food was delicious and views were breathtaking. Would defo recommend this beautiful excursion/trip😊

An amazing experience with wonderful Abderrahim - We had such an amazing time and Abderrahim was the most incredible tour guide!! He was really informed and friendly. Got to ride camels in the desert, watch argan oil be made, have breakfast and lunch, which was the nicest tagline we’ve eaten and then end it all with a hike.

Not a tour but a cultural experience - Great tour by fishtail. The daughter had it all. Camel riding, great food. Both breakfast and the feast for lunch up in the village. Add to this the day of narration by Ishmael. Really making the experience come to life. The mountains, the waterfall, the villages and the culture. Thank you.

Tour of Atlas Mountains, Camel Ride, Food - Booked full day tour with Mustapha from ‘Atlas Mountains View’ and everything was fabulous. We got picked up from a mutually agreed point and our day included a camel ride, women’s co-operative where we tried their local Argan oil and honey, hike to Imil waterfalls, walk in Berber village and finished with a fantastic and delicious home cooked meal of chicken couscous.
Mustapha gave us history, facts and humour as we travelled in the mini bus and speaks Arabic English and French fluently. He was a really excellent tour guide and we thoroughly enjoyed the day. The price was very reasonable too!

Brilliant day visiting Agafay Desert and Atlas Mountains with great people :) - Me and the Mrs had a fantastic day touring the Agafay desert and Atlas Moutains with the very friendly and knowledgeable tour guide Ismail and professional driver Abdur Rahman.
The pick-up was on time and the activities were fun; we gained some valuable insight in the way the locals live their lives. Finally, the “2nd breakfast”, Lunch and Moroccan tea were delicious.
Highly recommend this experience!

I Fell in Love with Morocco Over and Over on this Tour - Is male was a really wonderful guide. He’s a wealth of knowledge and seemed to truly enjoy sharing it with our group, telling us about so much history, customs, and traditions of Morocco and its people. I enjoyed talking with him and the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the culture. The tour was a very full day, but it was well-paced with a nice mix of activities. I would recommend this tour and Ismael as tour guide to anyone going to Morocco.

Best day out in Atlas Mountains - This trip was awesome!!
Our guide Ismaeil was amazing. He shared lots of useful historical and cultural information, and he took great care of us. My mum who had a walking stick was slower and he made sure he was ok all the time. Altogether a beautiful experience to ride in dromedary, we drunk the best mint tea I have ever had, had a super tasty breakfast and lunch, and enjoyed the hike to the waterfalls along with all the information shared by Ismaeil. Our driver Abdul was very kind as well, and an excellent driver.

Amazing! - Superb day with Abdou our driver and Ismail our guide. Ismail speaks several languages including French and told us the history of his country and region. Chatting with him was a real pleasure! The walk was pleasant and its level makes it accessible to everyone. Finally the typical lunch was delicious. We really had a great time, I can only recommend this great discovery!
