Bohol with Jessie…. The way to go! - Our guide Jessie and driver Freddie were the best. Jessie made an itinerary that fit our needs and requests. He knew when to arrive at the sites that would maximize our time there and see the most. He customized some stops to make our experience most memorable.

A must do if looking for a tour - My husband and I did the tour with guide, Ronie. He was great! Full of information and took very good care of us! The market was a lovely start to the day! We got to try sticky rice and hot chocolate that the locals eat and drink. We got to see what kind of food the locals sell and get an idea of how they live. The tarsier sanctuary was my favorite part bc I am an animal lover. It was very short but they are adorable little animals and we got some nice pictures. Ronie also stopped at a locals house where they make wine from coconuts and showed us how they hull rice. We got to do a little wine tasting. The chocolate hills, he took us to a hill where there weren't a lot of people so we got some nice pics. Lastly was the river cruise. Wasn't sure what to expect but it was really nice! Food was good! The river is really pretty and it was a nice way to end the trip. I recommend bringing peso's with you. When we got to the ferry, we each had to pay 25 peso for something to get through and then 30 each on the way back. Also, bring a cell phone charger. Our ferry on the way back got delayed an hr. I felt really bad bc the man picking us up did not know it was delayed and waited over an hour for us. Overall, great experience!

Perfect day - A real good experience with Frony (the best guide) and Jowy his assistant. They were perfect with us. The excursion is full of good surprises. Lots of discoveries in just one day. It was really enjoyable to let yourself be carried away and discover so much in a single day. Thanks again to Frony and jowy for their kindness and availability. We hope we will see you again Thks for all

Great Experience - Dolly, our guide, and Freddy, the driver, gave us a great tour of Bohol. Dolly was so smart and knowledgeable. She knew geography, history and much more. We had a private tour with just the two of us. Pick up and drop off at hotel. It was a hot and humid day but having a private van alleviated the heat. This company may be on the pricey side but the convenience and the experience was all worth it. Thank you Dolly and Fred.

Excellent experience - Really enjoyable trip with our guide Fronie who took us off the beaten track - enjoyed the market and tasting of sticky rice very much. And so happy we didn't go to the same chocolate hill as all the other tourists. The river cruise also weirdly enjoyable:-)

Above and Beyond! - This tour exceeded our expectations. Our guide Fronie went out of his way to tailor our day to our interests. It’s exactly what you’d hope when you hire a local tour guide. I can’t recommend this company enough. I had hesitation about spending one of our entire precious days on a tour but I am so glad we did! Wow wow wow. These will be lifetime memories for my daughter and me.

Magnificent excursion - Magnificent excursion, top organization, observation of tarsiers before the crowds arrived, viewpoint of the Chocolate Hills on a hill without tourists, it was magnificent! We also tasted several local products at the market thanks to our guide. A big thank-you.

Best Bohol Tour Available! Chocolate Hills Floating River Lunch Tarsiers and More - Ask for Fronie! - We had the most wonderful day exploring Bohol with Fronie! An amazing tour which avoided all the packed spots and allowed us to soak in all the beauty of Bohol. From our pick up at our hotel to a Chocolate hills hike, local market tour (with tastings!), waterfall swim, floating cruise lunch, coconut wine tasting, and stop to see Tarsiers at the conservation center - we were taken care of and had all our questions answered by Fronie. We left having seen so much and learned so much about Bohol and the Philipines in general. We loved this tour and would highly recommend for anyone in the Panglao or Bohol area (: be sure to request Fronie and Friedi for the tour - they are simply the best!

Wonderful tour of Bohol’s natural beauty and some local culture - My wife and I went on the Bohol nature tour today and it was one of the highlights of our trip to the Philippines! We chose this tour because the itinerary, while including expected locations like the Chocolate Hills and the Tarsier Sanctuary, included some interesting places which we didn’t see in other tours, like a public market and the Pangas waterfalls. The tour was even better than we expected, thanks in great part to our wonderful guide Jessie who introduced us to different aspects of life in Bohol throughout the trip. He even brought us to some surprise locations, like the workshop of a blacksmith who recycles metal from cars to create machetes. Special thanks also to our driver Jr, who drove us safely some very muddy roads on this rainy day. We would be happy to take another tour with Ecotravel on our next visit to the Philippines! Highly recommend this tour if you want to learn more about life in Bohol with an expert guide in addition to visiting different scenic locations.
