‘escape-room’ type puzzles (offering an active rather than passive participation by interacting with the surroundings)
easy-to-use mobile applications (because your own mobile device and headphones surpass what we could supply).

One tour kit purchase is appropriate for 1-3 participants - it includes only one tour kit (a booklet, puzzle tools, and a pen). Distributing the booklet amongst more than 3 participants can become complicated, however, the app access code is functional on up to 3 devices.

Informative and mentally stimulating - My partner and I did the Sydney highlights tour. Despite both living in Sydney our whole lives we learnt a lot and the tour route took us through parts that we hadn’t even been by before. The puzzles have a good balance of difficulty and despite being stubborn and refusing to use them, having multiple hints there is a great idea for those that are willing to accept a gentle nudge! Needless to say we both enjoyed the tour and look forward to completing other offerings from unlocked tours.
