Nice Ssy Trip - A very nice personal tour of Sydney’s surrounding area. The Australian Reptile Park was fun. The waterfalls were enchanting and the short hike to view the neighboring beaches were beautiful. Do note: Ben will put you on a train (travel time approx. 1 hr. 20 min) back to Central Station in Sydney whereby you are on your own.

Worth every penny and more! - Fantastic experience with Ben today on our tour. He is wonderfully knowledgeable about not only the sites on our tour but Australia as a whole. Ben is also very patient and accommodating. We landed in Sydney at 7AM and had planned to meet him at 9AM. He happily waited for us to check-in at our hotel and drop off bags. He understood we had a 3 yr old and a 6 month old who were tired and grumpy, had car seats ready for us and was extremely patient with us all. Ben is more than just a tour guide...he gave indepth information about everything we saw as we were seeing it. At the Australian Reptile Park he got food for us to feed the kangaroos and made sure we got photos with the koalas and to pet them as well. He selected a fabulous lunch place on Brisbane Bay. He also gave us ideas to do in our next two days in Sydney. Absolutely would use him again!

Koala Central! - This is my second tour with Ben from Personalised Sydney Tours. I was back this time on a fun, relaxed and insightful day on the Central Coast of New South Wales, just north of Sydney. The day was full of beautiful scenery, waterfalls and ocean lookouts plus an incredible private koala experience. Thanks again Ben! We'll definitely take another tour when visiting again!

Our time with Ben was amazing!! - Ben is an absolutely amazing tour guide. He is professional yet friendly and open to cater your time to exactly what you want to see and do. We were able to see Sydney in two days and we loved every bit of our time with Ben. We saw beaches, the zoo, a rain forest, more than we could have imagined. If we go back, we would only do so if we had Ben by our side. We highly recommend hiring him!!

Amazing tour - Great tour and Ben was an amazing tour guide. He was very friendly and so knowledgeable. The animals at the reptile park were definitely a highlight. Being able to spend time up close and personal with the koalas and kangaroos was so much fun. The entire day went so smoothly from pick up at the port after our cruise to drop off at the hotel. We would highly recommend Ben and this tour!

Highly Recommended! - In September, my husband and I took my parents to visit Australia. We decided that we would like to visit the Blue Mountains National Park and Featherdale Wildlife Park.I found Ben’s Personalized Sydney Tours through a quick Google search and booked a private excursion. He quickly confirmed the pick up time and location. Ben customized the itinerary based on our likes and what locations were open to the public. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to spend the day with. Ben interacted with the entire group, and moved at a pace that was appropriate for our needs (us being in our 30s and my parents in their 60s). The highlights of our trip included feeding the animals at Featherdale Wildlife Park, taking in the gorgeous features of the National Park, visiting numerous waterfalls (Empress Falls, Witches Leap Falls, Katoomba Falls), Three Sisters, Scenic World, and Wentworth Falls Lake. I highly recommend Ben and his tours!
