Dive into a different realm and participate in their ingeniously crafted escape games. Once the door slams shut, collaborate to decipher a collection of ingeniously designed puzzles. Along with your team of 2-5 players (ages 7 and above), you have just one thrilling hour to achieve your freedom. Alice in Puzzleland - Alice in Puzzleland was great fun with friends! A nice way to spend a Saturday morning, working together and bouncing ideas of each other.

Escape Hunt - recommended - Well organised, challenging (in a good way!) and above all fun - we really enjoyed completing this Escape Room as a family of five and would happily go back and try another experience

Most Professional Escape room in Sydney - Very professional staff. Really good room and well decorated. Did have a small issue but was quickly resolved. Good levels of rooms from beginner through to advanced. Would go again.

Worth the money - They were awesome and very accommodating. I loved the whole experience. They put a lot of effort into the escape room and puzzles. We ran out of time but we got a few extra minutes grace period. We still couldn't figure out because our communication skills were lacking (mum and daughter team LOL)
Will definitely go again.

Alice in Puzzleland - Fun! - We completed the Alice in Puzzleland (Level 1) Escape Room. It was pretty fun and not too stressful. We got stuck a couple of times, but there is a lot of items to work with and the staff were very helpful. Location was easy to get too.

Better than I thought it would be! - Super fun experience in a well laid out escape room. It was my first experience in an escape room and it was way more fun that I thought it would be. Highly recommend for families with teens and couples!

Wizard Escape Room - Overall we had a good time, however I feel the space isn’t that great.
I think we’ve been spoilt as the one in London UK is in a stylish building and the spaces and technology are second to none.
However this looked like it had been thrown together in a space they could find.
The room we found quite easy and we finished it with 15mins to go but it seemed to end abruptly and we had to check over the walkie talkie whether that was the end.
I hope over time they can find a better more purpose built space which would allow for better technology and themes.

Fun activity if you can handle a bit of attitude - The guy hosting us was quite rude. First off he told us we were in the Alice Puzzle room even though I questioned it, then when I showed him the booking, he said it was a glitch. Not sure how this was our problem, but he did give us some options to choose from which was not what I requested but still better. He then made a few other negative comments as we weren't responding the way he liked. At the end he praised us for our efforts but it was a bit lost on us given the first interactions we had. Would recommend doing the Escape Hunt, just be prepared for a slightly grumpy host!

Confirmed booking cancelled, found out upon arrival - Confirmed booked but not taken. Big waste of time, would not recommend to anyone. Called during the day, spoke to a unhelpful, monotone and rude male staff member who was unable to correctly describe escape room theme details which sounded like he did not want to be there, talking to customers.
He failed to correctly take our booking of 6, in which we shaped our night around, booking dinner and catching Ubers. Male staff member was resistant to take name and number for the booking until I repeated it several times. End the call with him confirming booking time and address but when we arrived our booked was unlisted. Very disappointed which myself or anyone in our party of 6 will never visit again
