Best day trip in Sydney! - Absolutely amazing / best day trip we've done in Sydney!!!
The driver/guide/amateur comedian was fabulous & entertaining & really knew his stuff...
This whole day includes so much value for money - I can't recommend it enough 😊

Nice trip - Scenic world was really nice. View from cable car for katoomba falls just wow. Incline rail was thrilling. Definitely a must see

Excellent trip - Our driver, Huxley, was brilliant and incredibly knowledgeable telling us about the history if Sydney as we passed the monuments on the way out of the city in the morning.
Featherdale Park allowed us to see a huge amount of Australian reptiles, birds and mammals. We were able to pet and feed wallabies and kangaroos. You could get a photo with koalas if you wanted to as well.
We were given a choice of spending 1 hr for lunch in Leura or spending more time in Scenic World. We opted to spend all of the 2h 45m allocated in Scenic World. You can walk around the park but the queues which were justified around the main attractions... the cable car, skyway and train...meant that we needed to use all 2h 45m to get around in time.
The day concluded by a boat trip starting at Olympic Park along Paramatta river which allowed great views of Sydney.
All in all, this was a fantastic trip which I would recommend to everyone.

Blue mountains tour - excellent experience despite the weather conditions. Jed the was fantastic as a tour guide. We didn’t feel a little rush during featherdale. Unfortunately, every document or app reminders that I had for this tour said to meet at 7 AM. Meaning we had to get up very early and skip breakfast. Upon arrival. No one showed to pick us up when we called JTS tours they told us the start time was 805 Viator failed to relay this information to me. This was a waste of our time, and not a great way to start our day.

Blue Mountain tour - Great tour. Tour bus driver was very good however his language on the way back was a bit on the rough side. Not through the mic but through his private conversations with people at the front. I did not appreciate hearing the “F” bomb or hearing “that’s bull”””t,

Excellent Wildlife Reserve With a Tacky Side Trip to Scenic World - The Featherdale Wildlife Reserve was outstanding. However only half of the elevated walking trails at Scenic World were open - very disappointing. Scenic World was very busy with long, long lineups. A very rushed experience.

Good itenarary - The tour was a large group with many pick up point hence too much time was spent doing that and it eats into the actual tour time when people are late. That side, Viator did not update us on the changes pick up time which was 7.50am instead of 7am. As such, my family waited an hour since we're always early.
Tour was very rush with 5 location stops. More time would be nice to take in the scenery and enjoy the animals.
However the guide and service were commendable. Aaron was friendly and lovely. The tour itenarary was also good.

Left in the rain - The weather was challenging last week, but our tour was confirmed.
According to the description on the site the drop-off or end point location was: Circular Quay.
When we got picked up from Scenic World, we were informed that each of us will get $10 to take the ferry from Olympic Park. The driver pulled in and told us that we had less than 5 minutes to catch a ferry in the pouring rain. No one made the ferry ride and had to wait an additional 45 minutes for the next ride and the driver took off and left all of us.
