Don't pass up an opportunity to walk on a glacier! - Terrific excursion. Worth it. If you're scared, don't be. They do everything for you and with you. It's not easy, but you can do it. If you've never walked on a glacier before, then this is your best chance. Have fun!

Glacial greatness with Lucy! - Everything was easy! Arriving, lots of easy free parking and good facilities. Ana helped our group get kitted up with helmet, crampons, harness and ice pick! All the kit is in great condition. My husband had soft hiking shoes so to be extra safe he was asked to swap out his boots for theirs, free of charge. Safety first and it showed. Lucy was our guide and she was brilliant. Fun, inform and educational. I’ll remember her interesting facts for life. She answered all the questions naturally and her manner was calm and you knew you were in safe hands. This is the 3 hour… we should have done the 5 hour to get more time on the magnificent glacier. What would I change… as it was the 3 hour, if we could have got closure in the transport we would have had more time on the glacier. Once we completed our time on the glacier and got back to the HQ, there was coffee and a tasty snack bar waiting. Thank you Troll, especially Lucy. Although still disappointed we all didn’t get a kiss from your husband!!! (They are both guides and we crossed on the glacier!)

Great view and guides! - The view of the glacier is fantastic and impressive! Our guides, Jacob and Vicky, took really good care of everyone. During the tour, there is time for question and discussion about glaciers, which I really like and is able to know more about glaciers!

Unorganized and hectic. I feel most upset about a "3 hour hike" thas was actually 1 hour long. Also it was more like an Instagra - We booked the small group tour with a maximum of 12 people, and were very surprised when we arrived with 65 other people. No one welcomed us so we could check in, and all employees where running around too busy to help us. After we got some gear, we were stowed in a large bus with everyone else and driven to a parkering lot near the glacier. The 3 hour hike starts when you enter the bus, and 1 hour later we were not even on ice. They separated the bus into smaller groups of 12, but they were all right next to us on the hike, and we had to wait all the time. It was very beautiful, but cannot recommend
