Longevity, auspiciousness and peace! - We had a wonderful time yesterday discovering Suzhou with Cathy as our guide. She went over and beyond our expectations. She was very knowledgeable about history and eloquent in speaking the English language. She made us feel really comfortable the whole tour. We tried a lot of street foods and the noodle place was really enjoyable too. The highlight for us was the Tongli water town. The tranquility of the place transports you back to the old times. Cathy helped us a lot in terms of booking reservations to showing us how to get from point A to point B. Also appreciate our driver who dropped us off at the circus world! Made it really convenient for us. To your whole team, what an amazing effort! We will surely spread the word of your excellent service and will definitely book tours with you again when we get the chance to come back to China! Xie xie nin!

Fantastic flexible tour - We were looking for a bespoke tour from Shanghai to Suzhou, including Tiger Hill and The Humble Administrations Garden. Plus we wanted to go in the bullet train. From the initial enquiry, Jenny quickly replied to my request and she was very flexible in arranging exactly what we wanted, including being back in Shanghai by a certain time. The price was competitive and you could pay via Alipay or credit card. On the day we were picked up by our guide, Cathy, who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the places she took us to. Cathy felt more like a friend joining us, than a guide, which made the trip even better. Cathy suggested food to eat during the day, some of which I would never have tried on my own. Our driver in Shanghai and Suzhou were also very good. Jenny and Cathy also suggested additional things we could do in Shanghai, which was very useful for our last day. I would highly recommend Jenny Tours.

Suzhou Private Tour - We booked our Suzhou private tour with JennyShanghaiTour. Jenny was very professional and responsive and the whole booking process was really smooth. Our tour guide Celina was wonderful and awesome. She was very friendly and joyous, more like good friend to us. The Lingering Garden which was a private residence was very impressive. The tour to the Silk museum was quite informative. We visited the Zhouzhuang Water Village in the afternoon including the gondola ride. The old water village was unique and well preserved, definitely worth a visit. We greatly enjoyed our tour and many thanks to Jenny and Celine. Highly recommended !

Superb time to Suzhou from Shanghai by high speed train - We signed up for another private tour with Jenny Travel after a very joyous one to Zhujiajiao. Claire has proven to be an excellent and flexible guide once again, this time to Suzhou. I have my aged parents and young son with us this trip and Claire was able to adapt the itinerary during the day according to our needs. She even searched for tea leaves when my son mentioned it. In addition, she went through all the trouble to change our return train tickets when we were tired. We remain grateful to Claire who helped make our trip a very successful one! Shanghai holiday - Summer was amazing so helpful nothing was too much trouble she went above and beyond, giving me her number to call her if I got stuck with anything the driver was friendly and punctual. Excellent Service - We selected the Suzhou Incredible Highlights from Jenny’s Shanghai Tours and enjoyed it very much. Jenny was very responsive during inquiry, booking and days before the tour. We were picked up in our place on time. The car provided was clean and spacious. Our guide, Celine, was very knowledgeable, she gave us interesting facts about China during the 2 hour trip to Suzhou. She gave us recommendations and tips for the next few days of our stay. The trip was smooth (except for a little traffic, but we live in the PH so we’ve seen worse), and the driver was heedful. Suzhou is very beautiful and laid back. We enjoyed all the gardens. The Su noodle we had for lunch was very tasty and fulfilling. The trip to the Silk Factory was also interesting. And my Mom enjoyed the shopping. Overall, I would recommend this tour. There’s something for everyone and there’s minimal walking involved. Our age group ranges from 29-64.

Well organised and enjoyable - We booked this trip from the UK as we had a spare day in our itinerary. The communications with Jenny’s tours was excellent and personally tailored to our needs. Our guide Celine was knowledgable, professional and friendly with great language skills. Even though it was a National Holiday and incredibly crowded we managed a boat trip, temple and tea plantation. Lovely location and could have spent much longer exploring if we’d had time. The drivers were excellent and we were very well supported throughout the trip. Thanks to all. Highly recommended.

My 3rd tour with Jenny's Shanghai Tours - Excellent as always - I have been travelling to China for business over the past year. Three time so far and each time, I have booked a private tour through Jenny's. My tour guide, Peggy, was again very helpful and informative about the sites and culture of China. I have thoroughly enjoyed all three tours and this one was excellent as well. It was nice to leave the hustle and bustle of downtown Shanghai and travel a bit further out. Suzhou has lots of history dating back 1000s of years. I would not hesitate to book another tour to explore another area on my next trip.
