Fantastic! - I did the Maze with my 29 year old son. He wanted to do it but I was not so keen. I really loved it. It was pretty scary but he looked after me, especially in the more daunting parts lol. Well worth doing.

Very good signing before each room - Second time coming here after 15 years and it still feels the same. But with the sinking room it was a bit harder to move. Also maybe have little grip stuff on the bottom of the socks. Just in one of the rooms.

Fun but disorienting. - It was heaps of fun. It's really good advice to keep your hands in front of you, as the mirrors are incredibly deceiving. The rooms were small and mostly easy to navigate. Some were trippy and my favourite was the ball room and the moving floor room. I was very glad of the sign out front one room where it said nothing will jump out and nothing will harm you, as there was hanging things and things that touched you, if I didn't see that sign, I think I would have panicked. Love the photos I got from the experience. It was cheaper to get both.

Great! - The infinity bridge. The Rainbow atoms (?). The time for fun rooms were difficult to enjoy as part of our group mostly wanted the final door. Wondering how a quick escape would work. Things did tend to feel a little enclosed. Possibly a personal panic button could help some patrions?. Your refund policy could include deferring bookings to a new time. We know you have down time but you also have up times.

Traumatising - A traumatic experience for the children and the adults. The staff gave no warning that the kids might find this frightening and they did... in fact the kids 7 and 9 were terrified and sobbing by the time we eventually made our way out. If you're sensitive, don't like loud noise, being totally disoriented, being enclosed in dark spaces and not being able to find a way out, DON'T DO THIS. When we finally found our way out with 2 traumatised and crying kids, the staff clearly couldn't care less.

Extremely misleading and traumatic - Looking at the outside of this attraction it looks like a fun place to go, it’s advertised as a laser maze, 20 rooms of different fun laser type rooms. Sounded fun! They said they wouldn’t recommend it for ages under 8 which was fine I had all ages over 8. All my children are pretty good they love thrill rides, we have done Ripleys with the laser and mirror rooms so figured it would be fun. It was absolutely not fun I think my children are forever traumatised. We made it to a room that is pitch black, the sounds are of children laughing, there is hair hanging from the roof and hands sticking out from the walls, you feel your way through and there’s giant spiders and bugs and those noises you hear when insects buzz past you. It was honestly awful. I wouldn’t consider myself easily scared but even I was freaked out. Thankfully my 14 year old saw the panic button and we were rescued. My problem is there was no warnings given about that at all and we watched the video at the start it just said use your hands to guide you, which we assumed was for the mirror maze area. If someone had said there is a pitch black room with hair and other things hanging from the roof that you cannot see and hands sticking out from the walls and creepy laughter and walls that inflate on you as you walk past I would never have gone in. It is advertised as a fun laser maze. There is NOTHING to suggest any horror type aspects of the place and that room was genuinely designed to scare you. So be warned, this is not a fun laser maze place. There is nothing that would suggest on the advertising videos outside the place that this room exists in there. Up until that point it was ok but that was maybe the fourth room in there. I cannot comment on what is beyond that space.

More information required. - Staff uninterested and unhelpful. No warnings, leaflets or glo sticks offered. Staff only asked if we had epilepsy. I had two 5yr old girls who loved the bright lights, lasers, ropes, mirrors etc. They managed short periods of darkness but became terrified in the pitch black scary rooms. I pressed the panic button 3 times and was told to go through the curtain and turn left thinking someone would come and take the girls out. They did not! I had to go through to the end which took approximately 15mins with two terrified girls. What a disgrace! Never again Infinity!
