Do not book this trip - The trip details are not clear. First of all there is a list of what’s included with the trip and in parentheses it says if you choose. This can be misinterpreted as what’s included in the price and you can choose from what is on the list. The bus was late but we still had to stick to the schedule. The tour guide talked too much adding unnecessary details. On several occasions, he was negative and rude. When we left, he warned us that we may get into an accident or be stuck in traffic on our way back so we needed to make sure we had plenty of water. He told us we were only able to pee in the restroom provided and we weren’t allowed to poop. My thing is, who can predict how an individual voids after being in Key West for six hours. The stops to returned changed which was not communicated in the details for the trip. The tour guides excuse was due to traffic and it being the weekend. There was a young lady traveling alone and he told her she would have to walk a block or two late at night with party goers in South Beach/Downtown Miami to her hotel. This is a total contradiction from pick up and drop off information. The breakfast spot was horrible. Lastly my name. The tour guide kept calling me by my middle name after I corrected him several times. I completed Key West but as for the bus ride and tour, it was an experience that in NEVER will have again.
