  • emc - Cheers! We will start Omakase style with drinking Seasonal drinks.

Then we will briefly introduce a few facts about sake and Japanese-food.
The drinks we will prepare are unique and cannot be found in many other places. Our seasonal drinks include unique sake and beer as well.

The wagyu which we using is the soft quality and the good balance of marbling making its rich flavor. The fat is sweet and the combination with the sizzling scent makes “WAGYU” known as the taste of art. The balance of fat and lean is said to be the best among the WAGYU.

Furthermore, as you know WAGYU is not the thing for just red meat to eat so we will prepare and provide various parts of WAGYU.

Excellent hidden gem in Tokyo - We had friends do this last year and said it was the best experience they had in Tokyo - we agree! Located in a non descript neighborhood away from all the tourist areas and housed in a top rate boutique hotel, we weren’t sure when we walked in what was in store. Located in a very cool kitchen behind the small bar we joined two other interesting international couples for a dinner that was thoughtfully prepared but a husband/ wife and son with some amazing sake. Highly recommend and worth the price.

Great experience, amazing food. You have to go! - Wow, what an experience. Every one of the eight courses was absolutely divine. The wagyu was cooked in different ways, and each was elevated with accompanying sauces. Each bite was mouth-watering and delicious. I can't stop thinking about it! Haha Aside from the beef, the sake pairings were excellent. There were so many different sakes that I wasn't aware of, and you really tasted the differences in the level to which the rice had been polished. The server was very knowledgeable and a great host. He was interactive, great with our questions and made the experience along with the two chefs, whom I cannot compliment enough. I wish I could have them cook for me every day!! The night ends around 8pm and you are well and truly fed and ready for a good night's sleep! This is a great experience on your own or with others. There is limited space in the venue (about 10 people max) and have a look at where the spot is, on Google, as it is easy to miss! Another top tip - the soy sauce used in one of the course was really, really good and you can buy a bottle for 1,000 yen!

Perfect Dining Experimce - Amazing dinner experience from start to finish. Each course of wagyu was different and amazing. The beef was so delicate and flavorful and the folks preparing the dishes did an amazing job of explaining each sake in detail, how sake is made, what defines wagyu vs other beef, and how each course was prepared. Would go again and would absolutely recommend.

Great way to spend an evening - A great way to spend an evening in Tokyo! Great food, great hosts, and great sake. Each course was different and such a wonderful way to try the many ways wagyu beef can be prepared and how it can be paired with sake. The setting is intimate in the back of a family restaurant, with maybe enough seating for 6-8 people, all who sit in the same area as the chef who prepares the food in front of you. Definitely would recommend.

5-star experience! - Couldn’t recommend this experience enough. The space itself is filled with fun, conversational-starter art, the chef & team were so accomodating and full of information, not to mention the food and sake was superb. Thank you so much for having us! A must-do if you’re in Tokyo.

Glad we did this - Cool vibe, nice space, and tons of different dishes, sake was my favorite part. My husband and son loved all the wagu dishes, I'm a little more on the picky side but I tried everything, and glad we did this. It was a nice way to experience this high-end meat in several different ways along with sake that pairs well with each dish.
