Tastiest travel experience - One of the best travel experiences I have had in my life. I had the picante de pollo class and everything was super tasty. Besides learning how to cook some traditional Bolivian dishes, I also learned about the ingredients, the culture and the music of Bolivia. I highly recommend this experience!

Best cooking class in Sucre - Woooow what an incredible experience. Moises is an extremely intelligent chef who is clearly passionate about his culture and its cuisine. Moises was clear in his instruction, clean in the kitchen, and informative about the local ingredients and eating lifestyle. We prepared a three course meal plus a local cocktail! We started with a Bolivian style “brunch” (appetizer in America) next we had an entre, and lastly a fresh fruit parfait since there is no dessert culture in Bolivia. Everything was super fresh (I joined him at the market to purchase the ingredients that very morning! Only because I am currently living at his bed and breakfast as well) and delicious. 100% would recommend his bed and breakfast in addition to the cooking class! Support the local economy and learn while you’re at it!

Well spent evening with my best friend - Fun evening with my friend (it was just us two!) learning about traditional Bolivian ingredients and creating a delicious appy, main course dessert and cocktail. We felt very involved in the process despite our cooking skills and learned a lot!

Great cooking class in Sucre! - Thank you so much Moises for an amazing cooking class! It was a great way to dive into Bolivian culture and I learned so much! Moises had so many interesting facts about different bolivian dishes, ingredients and customs. The food we made was delicious (starter with quinoa and oka, papas rellenas, tumbo cocktail and fruit desert) and I had a really fun time preparing everything! The class is accessible for everyone and I would highly recommend everyone to try it out.
