Game hosts were excellent and the environment was so realistic!! Thoroughly enjoyed the Submerged scenario and hope to be back soon!!

The room build was immersive and the puzzles were creative. Staff was very helpful.

The website has Submerged listed as easy but it was certainly not. There were no real clues and way too many keys to keep track of. Nothing really flowed or made sense. At the end we talked with the worker and he told us that Submerged has a 30% success rate. That is something that should be placed on the website or at least align the difficulty appropriately. We wanted to enjoy a family outing but ended up irritated and confused. This was the fourth escape room that we have done but the first at Ultimate Escape and I do not believe we will be back.
